Abbas Hussain, from Detroit, Michigan, is an illustrator known for vibrant and whimsical designs. After studying art at university, he opened his studio in 2016, specializing in screen printing. Noreen Walls, a writer, editor, and printmaker, is renowned for her hand-pulled screen prints. She collaborates with Abbas at Brainfreeze Press in Chicago (US).

Together, they create detailed hand-pulled screen prints using pencil, pen, or digital drawings, before being transferred to silk screens. Their manual process includes mixing custom acrylic ink to achieve bright, saturated colors.

Their collaborative work blends surreal elements with a playful touch, focusing on themes like sea creatures and whimsical subjects. Their cat, Cleo, occasionally features in their artwork, adding a personal and charming element to their pieces.
