#jreg#tmi#so most of the species i chose here were mainly for the colors/appearances ill admit#i know very very little about moths#you drew me centrishorks and it healed my soul#so this is an attempt to return that#ptsd is a cinnabar#depression is a muslin moth because that little guy's furry coat looked warm like dep's hoodie#socio is a zebra longwing; mainly for the sharp smooth colors#bpd is a crimson-speckled moth because the pattern reminded me of their shirt#adhd is an orange moth (Angerona prunaria) because the markings kinda reminded me of the blurr effect#and orange is the official color for adhd#autism is atlas moth#theres some debate over which color should represent autism#red; gold and rainbow have all been contenders#and atlas moths kind of embody all three of those colors#and theyre also just really pretty#im gonna be honest i mainly chose emperor gum moths for schizophrenia because for whatever reason i associate him with beige#and anarcho-xiety is a death's head hawkmoth#you may recognize those guys from silence of the lambs#and theyre viewed sometimes as being dangerous or scary#but theyre actually really harmless to humans!#also they squeal when theyre frightened and thats pretty in character for anxiety tbh#anyways thank you for being patient lettuce i hope you like these#my art
