Sweet Pea’s POV

Y/N Fogarty, she was a year younger than Fangs and a foot shorter too. Since she was 4’9” all the Serpents protected her, even though she could definitely kick some ass. She was amazing. One day when I was hanging out with Topaz I couldn’t stop talking about Y/N.

“And did you see how she-”

“Shut up Pea!” She said annoyed.

“What?” I asked confused.

“You have been talking about Y/N for an hour and a half now!” She rolled her eyes.

“Have I?” I asked and a light blush dusted my cheeks.

“Yeah, you got it bad.” She said with a smirk.

“Got what bad?” I asked her suspiciously.

“You love little Fogarty.” Her smirk grew and my eyes widened.

“I don’t do love!” I said taking a sip of my drink.

“Whatever you say lover boy.” She winked and walked to go help one of the other Serpents. In love with Y/N? Yeah right.

It’s been a week since Toni accused me of being in love with Y/N and I couldn’t get her words out of my head. Was I in love with her? No. I couldn’t be! She’s my best friend’s little sister! But her beautiful hair, and her gorgeous eyes, and her lips… Oh my God… I’m in love with Y/N…

Right now Fangs and I were sitting in the Wyrm drinking and having a great time. I had won three games of pool so Fangs was buying the drinks all night. We were five strong drinks in and we were definitely not sober.

“Hey Fangs.” I said looking over at him, he had a drunk smile on his face.

“What’s up dude?” He asked with a slight slur.

“You’re sister is so great.” I said happily.

“Yeah she is.”

“I’ve been thinking of asking her out. Do you think she’ll say yes?” I looked over at him and his face was practically red.

“You what!?” He shouted and that’s when I realized what I said and who I said it to.

“You want to ask my sister out!?” He shouted and everyone in the bar turned to us. I looked around and everyone looked like they were ready to kick my ass. Before I could say anything Fangs grabbed me by the shirt and got in my face.

“If you think I’ll let you date my sister you must have lost your damn mind!” He growled. Again before I could say anything the door to the Wyrm opened and Y/N walked in.

“Fang’s what the hell are you doing!?” She shouted and rushed to pull her brother off me.

“What are you doing here?”

“I came because mom didn’t want you driving drunk.”

“Well then let’s go home.” He said grabbing her and trying to pull her out. She shrugged him off and walked back over to me.

“So why was my brother pretty much attacking you?” She asked with a raise of her brow.

“I wasn’t attacking him!”

“Shut it Fangs.”

“So what’d you do?”

“Nothing, just said something he didn’t like…” I answered vaguely.

“And what did Sweets say?” She asked turning to her brother with her arms crossed.

“This idiot thinks he’s in love with you.” Fangs said glaring at me.

“What?” She asked shocked then looked at me and my face was 100% red.

“Is that true?” I just nodded unable to say anything. Y/N walked over to me and placed her hand on my cheek, she gently pulled my face to look at her and she had a smile on her perfect lips.

“Took you long enough.” She said and placed her lips on mine. My eyes widened but I quickly kissed her back.

“Y/N!” Fang’s shouted and pulled her off me.

“Would you relax? It’s Sweet Pea, you know he wouldn’t do anything to hurt me.” She said and I smiled.

“He’s a player.” Fangs countered and Y/N rolled her eyes.

“Fangs, I promise I wouldn’t do anything to hurt her.” I said getting up and standing behind Y/N.

“If you ever hurt her you’re dead!”

“I can take care of myself big brother.” Y/N said annoyed.

“I promise.” I said and put my arms around her.

“Now, let’s get you boys home!” Y/N said and dragged us both out to her car.
