#miami - stop #16 - this place, it’s actually the reason I started #boxing so many years ago ... it’s just a #boxinggym , but if you came to box, why is this a bad thing? ... and yes, great outside of nyc seems to exist! I give it a 9/10 ... really only because there is no shower and it’s not all #botiquefitness , though it’s Miami and everyone comes from their car and then back to them ... so the ratings here have to be different... the class is a full hour - warmup nearly kills you (in a good way), combos are great, nothing too challenging but also not amateur hour ... class finishes with some #abwork ... you’ll sweat from places you didn’t know you can sweat from ... entry - 6/10 - there is a couple benches and a wall of cubbies ... instructor - 9/10 - he showed each Combo multiple times + moved around the room ... instructor giving individual attention - 9/10 - there’s 40 people in the class and he’s moving around correcting form and giving modifications when needed. This guy is legit ... bathrooms 7/10 - there’s 2 stalls per, and not much in there ... but there is great workout photos + memes taped to the walls, love it... #fitfam ?
