#kirby#daily kirby#my art#digital#hal laboratory#nintendo#favorites#The News is... 🥁... bad! it's bad.#my wife didn't match into a program. again.#but she's handling it much better this time#and the options still left on the table are better too#either she soaps into her specialty of choice or we move in with our other partner back home and she does a research year.#both are substantially better than blind-moving cross-country to a temporary position she hates that works her to death#with an overpriced rundown apartment and no short-term access to healthcare for me#all while not knowing what's coming a year down the line.#(which is. what we did last year.)#if she doesn't soap into a program I'll turn on tips on the blog#since that would mean she'd be unemployed starting in july#she said it shouldn't be so tight I have to tank up enough to work#(I'm Very Disabled but able to push through for short bursts)#but. yknow. if she's unemployed it wouldn't be a bad idea.#at least until my disability compensation appeal gets approved.#(if it gets approved.)#(it's been on the docket for over 2 years)#(this is through the va btw not civilian disability income)
