bort or bortz?? which is more official or is it just a matter of preference?
The accepted name of the diamond they’re derived from is bort, but bortz is also acceptable. For accuracy I would probably say bort, but I think bortz sounds better. Bortz is also called “Borutsu” in Japanese, which would translate to Bortz. It’s kind of like calling Cinnabar “Shinsha.”

So this is me realizing there are a lot of fanfictions about trans people written by cis people that have these weird tropes in them? So I wrote a fanfiction containing a lot of them. Also, this obviously isn't an attack on all cis people, don't get me wrong. I'm just making a satire on these ridiculous themes.
