my thing with sarada is that i sincerely could never believe that sasuke would want a kid ever. after going through the whole ordeal of being The Last Uchiha for most of his life, i can't see him wanting to subject another child to the innate danger that comes with being the sole inheritor of the sharingan in a world without the clan for support. literally the entire nightmare with orochimaru happened because of that,,, are you kidding. living like a walking target for his bloodline limit was hell. if you tell me he had faith in konoha to protect the concept of a child from that,,,,,,, even ignoring the ruining sasuke's entire life multiple times thing, they failed him in exactly that way Also multiple times. re: orochimaru. who is still just. around. btw. konoha has never had a sensible idea of a security measure

How would you have the canon pairings in naruto get together if you had total creative control? :00

THEY ALL LITERALLY JUST NEED TO *TALK* 😭

Naruto and Hinata needed to interact more, and Neji should not have to die for them to have a reason to finally talk again. (I mean interact throughout the whole series, from part 1, and also after Hinata's confession!? Pls!!)

Sai and Ino would both have to be introduced as their own people from the start and not Sakura/Sasuke's substitutes/foils and also talk to each other. I love them both and it felt like they were just "the spares" for sasusaku! ;-;

To suggest anything for Chouji and Karui I'd first need to now how did that even happen. When did they even meet? Did they ever talk??

Shikamaru and Temari are okay? Better than the rest at least, but as a character Shikamaru still needed to learn to treat women better by the end of the series and I cannot see how someone like Temari of all people would ever go along with that. Other than that they're fine.

Finally Sasuke and Sakura? Oh god I would need Sakura to get over her crush!! So that they could start over and Sasuke could have the chance to earn her feelings back properly. I like to think how the scene where she fails to kill him could have been useful for that if, instead of hesitating because of her feelings, she hesitated because she was afraid to end what team 7 once had and also because it would hurt Naruto. After the war they could go back to how it was as genins, but now as actual friends and then I could see the relationship develop.

In conclusion: Details aside, they all needed more interactions!!

“Oh,” Hinata gasps softly as she walks into the living room.

That’s her mystery figured out.

On the floor of the living room are her missing husband and kids along with the Uchiha. They are fast asleep, Naruto-kun in the middle of his teammates — technically former teammates, now, but even if its been years since all of Konoha rookies have not been a part of their original three-people teams it never feels right to say that. Sakura is on his left, with Sasuke on his right and Hinata notices endearingly the Uchiha couple have their hands loosely intertwined on top of Naruto-kun.

Hima is squeezed right in between her uncle Sasuke and Naruto, with her papa’s arm wrapped around her securely. Meanwhile Boruto is laying half across his aunt Sakura and Hinata wonders fondly how he even sleeps comfortably like this as he snores on. On the opposite side, Sarada sleeps beside her father gripping the back of his shirt tightly.

Oh no, oh no. The picture they make is so deathly cute Hinata thinks might die from this.
