Josh Kaliber is a local glassblower in Colorado that has really been putting out some crazy work in the past year! I've picked up a couple dabbers so far and each one has been beautiful, and not overly priced! He does all sorts of mini tubes, drop downs, and pendants, as well as dope ass custom orders.
