Available on our @facebookapp, @instagram, @pinterest, @tiktok or @shopify store or check it out from your local #library. Reposted from @the.power.of.reading QOTD: Have you read any book by non-binary authors? Can you recommend some? Since joining bookstagram my book reading world has been blown open, and the genres/authors that I read now are so diverse it is amazing, I am so grateful to all the accounts that share book recommendations! Some of my favourite non-binary authors I have discovered include Kacen Callender, Casey McQuiston and Vincent Tirado @vincenttirado Are you a fan of dystopian/thriller/horror novels? If yes this book is for you, I really enjoyed reading this book, the author did a fantastic job with the character and world building, the MC is a fantastic character who you completely feel for throughout the book, I would honestly recommend this novel! *my review can be found on Goodreads and Storygraph π‘ͺπ’‰π’‚π’π’π’†π’π’ˆπ’†π’” #AssassinsSpring22 #MyFictionalMusings #AllTheAprilBooksChallenge#TheShakespeareanaReads #auroracycleapril22 #BibliophilePix #BombBooks2022 #BookishBellesApr22 #Bookishconlifeapr22 #BookReadHappyHour #ForeverinmyLunarstory #LMSApril2022 #novelebookreads #readingadventuresapr22 #BookNookBingo #CuddleUpWithApril22 #MagicallyBookish #thebookwormrebellion #GideonTheFourthMonth22 π‘―π’‚π’”π’‰π’•π’‚π’ˆπ’” #BurnDownRiseUp #VincentTirado #LGBTQ #LGBTQHorror #Representation #TropeTuesday #MustRead #AnticipatedRelease #sistahScifi https://www.instagram.com/p/Cdg7yKUL7fp/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Q: What is your favorite book you read in April?. In April, I read 8 books total and DNF-ed 3 books. I’m impressed with myself this month – but then again I was in my car driving a lot, and thats when I tend to listen to audiobooks, so it makes sense. Life is too short so I’m ruthlessly DNF-ing books this year and I feel so much better for it. Full wrap up post on the blog now, link in bio. These are a few of my favorites from April:. 🍰 Love From Scratch by Kaitlyn Hill - Reese and Benny have such fun and easy banter and chemistry, Friends of Flavor decides to give the two their own mini-show called Amateur Hour! Love From Scratch also heavily deals with feminism. This is a solid read and may be one of my favorites of 2022! πŸ’‹ I Kissed Shara Wheeler by Casey McQuiston - I listened to an early copy of this book and I enjoyed this book a lot. It’s a journey of finding yourself and your sexual/gender identify within a super religious setting. It’s realistic high school – a time I don’t personally miss but accurate for those currently living it. Highly recommend this one! Full review on the blog now. πŸŒƒPart of Your World by Abby Jimenez - I absolutely loved everything about this story. Alexis and Daniel both felt like well developed characters with backstories and friends and families, and Alexis is going through a rough breakup with her abusive (and older, and Chief of Surgery boyfriend). We learned about all of this and it all felt natural and not forced upon us as a reader. This is the kind of romance novels I love, where it has a solid plot with strong romantic feelings. #AprilWrapUp - #AlltheBooksApr22, #TheShakespeareanaReads, #ReadingInTheWeb, #MyFandomObsessionsApr22, #BombBooks2022, #StoriesWithStephApr22, #ShhStagramAPR22, #bookishbellesapr22, #novelebookreads, #bookishconlifeapr22, #arcturns22, #LoversBetweenCoversApr22, #CuddleUpWithApril22, #SpringShowersApril22, #ReadGushApr22 #WrapUp #MonthlyWrapup #MonthlyReads #AprilReads #BookReviewer #BookBlogger #Bookstagram #Bookish #Bibliophile #Bookworm #BoostingYA #BookishLife #BooksOfIG #Bookstagrammer https://www.instagram.com/p/CdBLq99resw/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Q: What book are you most excited to read in April?. There's a few I'm excited for, such as: πŸ“ŸThis Is Not The Real World by Anna Carey– This is the sequel to This Is Not The Jess Show and I loved that book, full of 90s nostalgia, and I'm excited to see where the sequel goes! 🎟A Show For Two by Tashie Bhuiyan – I met Tashie at YALLFest back in November 2021 and she was so cool! I finally got around to reading Counting Down with You in March and loved it, so I’m looking forward to her sophomore novel – I expect all the feels. πŸ₯€Gallant by V.E. Schwab – The time has come….for me to finally read the new V.E. Schwab book! I’m going into this one without knowing much and I’m excited as Victoria never disappoints. I have a full blog post up now, link in bio, with all the books I hope to read this month. #AprilTBR - #ReadingAdventuresApr22, #AprilPhotoChallenge, #MyFandomObsessionsApr22, #BombBooks2022, #auroracycleapril22, #loversbetweencoversApr22, #arcturns22, #BookishBellesApr22, #bookishconlifeapr22, #AlltheBooksApr22, #TheShakespeareanaReads, #ReadingInTheWeb, #CuddleUpWithApril22, #novelebookreads, #StoriesWithStephApr22, #SpringShowersApril22, #ReadGushApr22 #booknookbingo - New release #BibliophilePix - Happy #LMSApril2022 - #StackSunday - Colorful #AprilHopefuls #boostingya #toberead #tbrpost #TBR #Gallant #VESchwab #AShowForTwo https://www.instagram.com/p/Cb5l3qlLH3F/?utm_medium=tumblr
