Series Review: Office Intrigue Duet by Nicole Edwards

Bookhangover = NO!

So I finally finished reading King’s Cagem and I have to rate that 5/5 STARS! OMG, it was so intense and had me on the edge of the seat. I swear, each scenes makes my eyes go wide or my heart racing and twisting, and even ache and broken. That when I finished reading, I simply can’t stop thinking about it. I’m on bookhangover, but not necessarily happy, because it is SO good and promising, better than Glass Sword and an improvement, but the end and the cliffhanger just left me so down and worried what the characters are going to face in the next book. Poor Cal. I sort of expected that character arc, actually, that he would once again had to choose between the Crown and Mare. It was sort of expected, really, yet I felt so down that my heart broke, 

The book brought me so many intense feelings, that I could barely pay attention to class and I was tempted really to storm out of class and back home, and the next day NOT attend classes while I try to bring myself back from such feelings. I swear, the book is good. I was not disappointed really. Victoria had written the scenes and especially action so well, even the dynamic between Mare and Maven was one of the highlighting scenes even though I don’t ship those pairing, I sympathize Maven. Out of all the things I am surprised at, it’s probably when I get a clear thing about a wedding scene that Victoria had hinted. Shocking, really.

Anyway, I’ll get back to trying to rid of the bookhanger I am having
