In some modern AUs I saw ppl having Sanji being recorded etc. because he is part of wealthy/known/whatever Vinsmoke family but I think there would be more recordings in type of

"Waiter at the restaurant FIGHTS client. There's blood 😱"

"Restaurant worker fights off TWO armed intruders and then proceeds to insult them"

"Baratie restaurant worker is caught on video attacking customer"

And there are at least a dozen different such situations with Sanji recorded and online. At least some of them go viral
