second of all....THEORY TIME:

so lou said tommy was going to be on call that night right?? so he's there at the beginning of the night, before all the crazy shenanigans (maybe we get a little cute tipsy!buck flirting with him, as a treat 🥰🤭), and then he gets called off to a scene before it really starts to go downhill and they lose the groom...
