Random Natalie Scatorccio Headcanons!!!

I lowkey can't stop thinking about her (especially with the new season coming out [sob]) so here's some oddly specific headcanons I have for her!!

cw: none really, a little angst(?)

randomly cuts layers into her hair when she's bored (slowly morphed into the mullet we see her with in the show)

also bleached her hair herself

enjoys a lot of riot grrrl bands (I think you can see some riot grrrl posters in her room but i can't remember)

used to spend hours trying to perfect her eyeliner/eye shadow, can now do it in seconds

the majority of her clothes are either thrifted, hand me downs from her mum or diyed

on that note, some of her clothes and jewelry were bought and given to her by lottie using her "tj bucks"

couldn't stand the smell of alcohol or cigarettes because they reminded her of how her dad smelt but then became addicted to both after his death

never gets rid of literally anything people give her (she's sentimental ok)

weirdly good at English and physics

helps other yellowjackets do their hair before games

collects weird and funky rings

comes across as standoffish to most people but is rarely outright mean, especially to younger kids

(post being rescued) has really sensitive teeth due to being unable to brush her teeth in the wilderness but refuses to drink warm drinks

tries to sneak into local music gigs when she can

you will RARELY catch her without nail polish on

bonded with van over their shared love of cheesy slasher movies (her favourites being scream and my bloody valentine)

very conscious of how she smells (especially after the wilderness) so she always douses herself in any perfume she has at hand (prefers floral ones)
