IT JUST GOT REAL!!! They say true growth only happens when you get out of your comfort zone. Well last night after meeting and hiring my new body building and physique competition coach I made the decision to enter my first☝🏽 Bodybuilding Physique competition EVER!!! This will rank heist among one if the scariest things I’ve ever done... The journey will be different from anything I’ve done in the past. It will challenge me to push myself to the limit. It will require discipline, dedication, and integrity. My trainer said if I wasn’t “In It To Win It” Don’t even start. Well today, I’m declaring that I’m ALL IN and now all of you are part of my a countability team. I’m envisioning my story now... From a broken back and two back surgeries in 2018 to Classic Physique Masters First place 🥇 winner 2019! Ahhhhh, and so it is!!!
