Officially 179 lbs and counting
I’ve gained 15 lbs in just over a month! Looks like all that cream and those mass gainer shakes are doing their job. My body’s definitely looking bulkier.
Just finished chugging another shake (excuse for the messy shirt).
The first picture was taken today, and the second one’s from a month ago at 164 lbs.

Thinkin' Jayvik thoughts (to nobody's surprise)
I wanted to explore how their bodies would change with the added weight, how the fat would settle on them differently
Jayce has always been a big guy, his muscular, square-ish build giving him plenty of mass to start off with. I see him being more of a top heavy/barrel chested kinda guy once he gets bigger, carrying it all pretty evenly, but he still maintains that square shape, despite being much rounder and softer around the middle. He's still very strong, probably even more so now that he has all that bulk to give him some more leverage- man eats like he'll never see food again, especially after a long session in the forge-
Viktor however, starts off very thin, so it's more of a mystery to them both how he would start to accumulate the pounds over time. Once he starts gaining, it wouldn't be as noticeable at first, since it would start as his body just filling out to a healthy weight, opposed to his more gaunt, sickly form from act 2 season 1 and onward-
Eventually though, it shifts, from having just enough to finally provide some cushion and insulation so his bones don't protrude as much, to slightly plump. He looks healthier than ever, and finally has developed more of an appetite. He grows into a pear shape, most of the fat settling in his hips, thighs and lower belly. Jayce ends up making his braces a little more easily adjustable for both his leg and back, since he's been outgrowing them pretty fast as of late >;]

I decided to do their season 1 looks as well as a little post-canon concept just for funsies~ ;p
I didn't add Viktor's braces in the first one since I wanted to show off the fun chonk, but I did add a bit of bruising where they would normally sit on his body
In the second one, his braces are now a part of his body, shown in his scars, similar to his hexcorized form from s2 ;]

Jayvik Feedism Headcanons
Just based off of their characters, Viktor would be more of a passive gainer, with Jayce encouraging him to take care of himself more and actually eat regular meals, he'd sometimes forget how much smaller Viktor's appetite is compared to his own (big 6'4 beefy guy who works in a forge half the time) and Viktor would probably end up eating more than he should thanks to Jayce's coaxing and big wet puppy dog eyes when he asks him to finish off what he made for him
They're both scientists and work long hours in a lab together, so Jayce would probably bring more food to the lab to make sure Viktor doesn't skip meals (cause in canon he does severely neglect a lot of his own needs because he's so focused on just his own research, he forgets he's a human who needs to take care of his vessel-)
He would start to gain noticeably, and he ends up looking much healthier and more alive, he has more energy and stops looking so gaunt and underfed. He just looks thin, but not dangerously so
That doesn't stop his partner from continuing with the doting and favors, always insisting he have his fill, though lightheartedly
Vik starts getting noticeably fat and Jayce notices. And it drives. Him. Mad.
He tries to ignore it and act normal but it's definitely having an effect on him when he's messing up equations and missing chunks of Viktor's rambles about their projects because he's just. Staring.

I mean can you blame him, man's got the tummy tucked into the pants and everything, it's just begging to be freed atp-
Eventually Viktor makes him spit out what's got him so flustered and they both learn of their mutual attraction to one another
Bing bang boom they keep going, with Viktor now being very open and almost teasing Jayce with his growth, and pushing Jayce to eat more too and to gain with him.
Jayce, always eager to please, goes full in and just constantly stuffs himself in front of Vik, melting from all the praise and loving touches he gets. Sometimes he does it even when Viktor isn't there, just because he misses the feeling or when he's stressed about a project. Viktor finds it endearing
Jayce would do anything for him, and proves it time and time again when Viktor pushes him past his limits consistently, reduced to a panting, whining, burpy mess >:3c
He gets big. Like big..

Bongbellygainer is of course a well known gainer and I do find our bodies very similar. Both hard gainers getting fat. The body (which is not really built for it) doing its best to store fat as it can, but in the end storing it as a fat firm mass in the belly and love handles. Firm but with give when touched. Wobbling and bouncing more and more the bigger it gets.
No truer words can be said. The bigger I get, watching my clothes shrink, the scale numbers increase, then the bigger I want to get and the more food I want to consume.
As for it pressing against anything in its way… here’s a snap from today.

The man sat back in his chair, his thick, expansive belly stretching out before him, a symbol of indulgence and satisfaction. His shirt, though sleeveless, clung tightly to his upper chest, unable to contain the fullness of his torso. His belly was truly massive, a soft, rounded mound that spilled forward with a rich, heavy weight. It rested on his lap, pressing outward with a softness that spoke of countless meals enjoyed and the life of pure relaxation he’d chosen.
As he shifted, his belly moved with him, the thick layer of fat rippling and settling, a natural cushion that surrounded him. His skin was marked with faint stretch marks, badges of honor from the growth he’d nurtured over time, and his navel sat deeply nestled in the center, almost hidden by the sheer size of his middle.
Above his belly, his chest mirrored the fullness of his frame, two generous mounds of soft flesh, almost like pillows, rounding out his shape. His chest was broad and full, the weight of his “moobs” pulling slightly downward, resting heavily on his belly when he relaxed. There was a solidity to his arms, too, a thickness from both muscle and fat that completed the picture—a body that had been fed well, taken care of, and encouraged to grow as big as he desired.
He seemed entirely comfortable in his body, each part of him showing the evidence of his journey toward pure mass and size. With each breath, his belly swelled slightly, a steady, powerful presence that filled the space around him.

When it was finally time to leave, he knew standing was going to be a monumental task. Slowly, he pushed himself up, feeling his belly shift with a dense, almost solid weight as it hung heavily over the waistband of his jeans, which now felt like they were cutting into his sides. His legs felt weak, his thighs rubbing together as he stood, the mass of his belly swaying forward and making each step feel like an effort in itself. After an hour, he was completely spent, his shirt damp with sweat, clinging to the new contours of his body. The workout had left him exhausted in a way he hadn’t felt before, his expanded frame requiring twice the effort for every movement. As he walked out of the gym, breathing deeply, feeling the weight of his belly and chest pulling him down with each step, he knew that every workout would be different now, his body transformed by his recent indulgence. But there was a certain pride in it, a sense of satisfaction in every new jiggle, every heavy breath, knowing he was carrying the weight of his journey with him.

The importance of keeping track:
It’s crucial to keep your gainer on track! A lot of chubs require a certain degree of supervision! If they want to get fat they gotta eat! If your gainer isn’t completely self sufficient in the art of gaining it might be time to start Calorie counting together! If your gainer is not yet considered “overweight” then it might be time to get a meal plan and calorie counter started! Logging calories helps you keep track of your goals! Most beginner gainers start with 2900-3500 calories a day with MINIMAL exercise!

Essential Body Fat: 2-4%
Athletes Body Fat: 5-13%
Healthy Fit Body Fat: 14-17%
Overweight Body Fat: 18-23%
Obese Body Fat: 24%+

Double check your gainers intake and Weight prediction based on this calculator!!!
This will save you lots of guessing!!! For example my Daily Minimum for 2lbs a week! Doing nothing but the bare minimum of activity, basically a couch potato I need to consume a total of 3,200 calories a day!!!!

Good ways to motivate your Gainers:
Clothes are EXPENSIVE so make your gainers wear their clothes till they become unwearable! Now I’m not saying send your chubs out into the world with only shirts that expose their mid-drift without raising their hands! Certainly don’t do that. What I mean is let the buttons pop let the pants rip when at home it should be shirtless or skin tight as motivation to upgrade. This will save you some money for the time being, getting an accurate size on your fatty will not only encourage them but feel like a reward! This isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, however speaking from experience….going from a Medium to a Large is short lived and I wish I just held off until I reached XL’s! Save your money!!! If it’s unbearable wearing always trust what the gainer says it’s their body! You are just a big cog in the machine that’s to be your Gainer!

Friends outside of feeders:
Most gainers should do their best to make friends with other gainers! Feeders this will be super helpful to progressing their gains!! If even the people they hang out with are fat pigs and gainers they will automatically start to pick up on their eating habits too. While a Feeder takes a lot of credit for the beauty that will become a gainers belly, have friends to get them eating too will be helpful. There is nothing wrong with Feeders sharing the fun too!!! Make a gainer friend together feed your gainer and your newly found friend at the same time! A gainer will never say no to some nice belly rubs and a big meal! Being fat can easily be influenced! Make good friends with gaining influence!!!

Weigh In’s
While watching those numbers go up is exciting…sometimes you hit Plateaus and weighing yourself gainer everyday can hurt their motivation or self esteem! That being said! 2-4 Weigh in’s a month is good enough! Never let your big boys weigh in EVERYDAY!!!

Spicing up the bedroom!
While a lot of this is for the gainer’s benefit Feeders this is where a lot of the fun begins! Here are a list of things to try out with your Gainer when you want to get more intimate-
Bring a few fast food meals and feed them to your gainer while in some tight clothes.

Now while these are great options there is yet another option! WARNING most gainers start off having a hard time with these but after the weight starts to pile on Gainers will become dependent upon these. They do become addictive. Some people naturally like it but myself it took time!
BOOST VHS it is a small portion and 530 calories! When I tell you having 3 meals and 3 of these small shakes your gainer will BLOW UP in a matter of weeks!!
Belly play! If your gainer has a nice over hang slap it grab it shake it jiggle it rub it! All of that!
This one is going to sound strange but after the first 40+ pounds their chest should be bigger and nipples either puffy or soft. That being said nipples become sensitive and sucking them and playing with them can stimulate a very good sexual response.
Get them on their hands and knees make them eat without using their hands! Make sure to feel them up praise them for eating everything and treat them right!

Ahh thank you!! I do have a weightlifting coach, she makes my workout plans every day but I can share my nutrition plans + my usual mobility stretches - this makes a huge difference since I was starting from being a couch potato 💕
Nutrition- 3 meals with at least 30-40g of protein each meal and minimum 2,700 calories but more is good! I like the chocolate mutant mass protein powder and put unflavored collagen peptides in everything. At least 100oz of water every day
Mobility stretches (look these up) - 12 reps of Cat Cow, Superman Arm Sweeps. 10 reps of Dynamic Thread the Needle (on each side), Kneeling Hip CARS (each side), 90/90 Hip Shifts ** my mobility stretches change slightly depending on what area I’m working out
At the gym - 4 x 6-10 reps deadlift on smith machine, 3 x 6-12 dumbbell hammer curls, 3 x 8-12 dumbbell Romanian deadlifts (RDLs), 3 x 6-12 cable machine lat pulldown, 2 x 15 each side mini band standing glute hyperextension (one foot on a riser while the other leg extends), 2 x 20 hip abductions (usually there’s a machine for these)
If you’re new to lifting the first number is the number of sets - take a minute to rest between sets or even a bit longer if needed. Second number is the range of reps you do. When researching these I would look up the right tempo for eccentric/concentric muscle contractions because that can really maximize the efficacy. I usually do a practice set with as little weight as possible before the actual set of each new exercise to make sure my form is good, bad form can cause sprains, imbalances or soreness.
I finish my weightlifting with some cooldown stretches - today it’s 60 secof wide leg oblique stretching, 60 sec childs pose lat stretch, 60 sec prone cross over leg glute stretch

Monday - Friday I rotate through different muscle groups so I just shared my Monday routine (pull day!) and my coach tailors it to my personal goals as well. There’s a lot of good weightlifting programs online for free! I don’t do an ounce of cardio either, only strength training.

i go to the gym everyday, and when i see you enter, i ask about the shakes. you did bring some with you, right? you won't get any gains if you don't eat right after! didn't you know that? and that brand isn't even that good anyway. who told you to get that? let's head to your place after--i'll show you how to make a real shake.
that's when it becomes a daily routine--well, it started to, before your lethargy got to you. post-workout, i'd head over and whip up something special for you--gobs of peanut butter, mass gainer, heavy cream, protein powder, the works--all in the comfort of your own blender. you start to question if all of this is really necessary, but i did tell you big guys were better, and are you gonna tell me i'm wrong? look at you. don't get self-deprecating now. i like how much you've gained!
the daily work-out dates turn to me seeing you after, crashed out on the couch. you head to the gym a few times a week, but not as commonly as before. you've just been so tired lately, i get it. rest days are even more important for recovery, though. it's doctors' orders-you need more sleep, and you need more shakes. when you're not ordering DoorDash, i'm the one cooking for you. a shake goes with every meal--it's mandatory. and you love it. they taste good! why think so hard about it when i'm smiling when you do it?
in fact, going to the gym at all is just cutting down the muscle you already have, don't you know that? you need some time to regain mass. you might as well quit your job--it's so demanding, isn't it? i could support both of us easily, and why would i want you to risk burning more calories out and about? it'd be much easier for you to sit on the couch and regroup, watch some TV, watch some porn, and eat.
