How do you think anger issues would look like?

well, that's not something I have as much long-term personal history with as other psynauts brain stuff Ive designed, but I can spitball some ideas!

Based on what I know I think that anger issues might express as some uniquely challenging variation of Bad Moods.

While the enemy name "Bad Mood" seems like an understatement, anger being expressed toxically is often an issue of misidentifying the source-- i.e. experiencing a whole slew of annoyances and then snapping at someone because youre overwhelmed, tearing someone down because of something unrelated but annoying about them, etc. So it fits well with the Bad Mood's core mechanic.

By their design and their association with Bob Zonatto when he's in the rough mental situation we meet him in, I think that Bad Moods are already basically meant to portray anger issues, at least in part.

If you wanted to really focus in on that one issue though, perhaps in a mind with trouble managing its anger, Bad Moods team up with more explosive entities like Bad Ideas and Personal Demons, overpowering Censors and warping the mindscape or other things inside it. The specifics of this could vary from person to person based on their particular struggles.
