Okay, so here's where we're at apparently
Tomura is dead
Toga is dead (or, let's just call it as it is, she committed suicide) - this is despite the fact that if she died other characters (read: heroes) should have died as well, but didn't (Bakugo and Edgeshot for example)
Dabi is presumably still in the hospital (since we didn't see a funeral), unable to move or do anything on his own
Spinner wrote his book, but where he is and how he's actually doing is unknown - presumably he still has to deal with multiple quirks that aren't his own and are tearing at his body
Compress is alive but where he currently is is unknown - he read Spinner's book (and that's it)
Kurogiri exploded?? And nobody has bothered to mention anything about him since
Twice has been dead for a while, but his murderer is not only free of charge but also the head of the HPSC (which still exists btw)
Other things:
The hero ranking system still exists
Seemingly no real changes have been made which would help victims like the LOV before they felt like they had to turn to villainy to be heard/seen/understood
Deku gets to be a hero again by the power of ~technology~ - kinda making the whole deal about him losing his quirk feel pointless
Not from this chapter, but I still feel like it's very important to point out that it's heavily implied that Rei is just gonna take care of Enji (her abuser) now and probably for the rest of time
The few good things:
Ochako bringing more focus on mental health
That was it, I have nothing else

Spinner gets special permission to go into Dabi’s hospital room and read the League of Villains book he wrote to him.
Dabi: “Why’d you make me sound like such an asshole?”
Spinner: “… I’m quoting you directly.”

The mha ending is false. This is the true ending; the League are all happy, safe, and alive, and they'll live on together forever, being the dumb, chaotic found family they've always been.
(They're on their way to McDonald's. About a 50/50 chance the building will be burnt to the ground by the time they leave. Depends on if their ice cream machine is broken again or not.) Also:
This? This isn't some "ghost" or "vision" or whatever, that's ridiculous lmao. This is real. It's just Tomura on his way home from the pharmacy after picking up Magne's estrogen and Dabi's antipsychotics.

The League of Villains playing with an Ouija board.
Tomura: “If there are any spirits here, give us a sign.”
Dabi, refusing to participate: “This is so dumb.”
Spinner: “Says the guy who’s too afraid to participate.”
Dabi: “I’m not afraid, I’m just not wasting my time. You all look stupid.”
Tomura, glaring: “Okay, then. If there are any spirits here, touch Dabi.”
Dabi: “Uh, no. Don’t touch Dabi.”
Mr. Compress: “Why not? I thought you didn’t believe in the paranormal?”
Dabi: “I just don’t want to be involved in your dumb game.”
Spinner: “Because you’re scared.“
Dabi: “No.”
Twice: “Guys! It’s spelling something!”
Toga: “T-O-U-Y-A. Touya? Who’s that?”
Dabi, wide eyed in the background.
Mr. Compress: “Let’s ask! Could you please tell us who Touya is?”
Dabi: “Okay, that’s enough—“
Tomura: “Will you relax? There’s nothing to freak out over—“
Twice: “It’s spelling something else!”
Toga: “T-E-N-K-O—”
Tomura, quickly decaying the Ouija board.
The league all staring at him.
Tomura: “… oh no— my hand slipped. Guess we can’t play anymore.”
