According to my phone, I'm 26.3 lbs over weight.... All the numbers in the world don't mean anything if you don't interpret them correctly. My jean size hasn't gone up, I feel amazing and I get compliments all the time on how I look. Yes, I could trim back a bit, yes I'm going to pay a little more attention to what I'm eating and what my portion size is, but I'm not going to go crazy over this number!
