Unexpected brain hack: putting warmer lighting in my kitchen has made me actually want to be in it and also clean it up.
#there's a fluorescent efficiency bulb over the sink#and I *hate* it#blue light is gross and sterile and makes me think of hospitals and public bathrooms#so I hung a couple sets of string lights and I'm gonna get a replacement bulb for over the sink#and it was like oh wow I can see and also I want this to look nice under these pretty lights
