can’t tell if it’s just bc i’m more used to hearing japanese when watching anime or something to do with like. not tones in languages but definitely tones of voice bc while im sure the dungeon meshi english VAs are all talented in their own rights i simply prefer the original japanese dub. like. something about the voices in english is slightly off but that might just be because i’ve already watched it in japanese and have only switched briefly to hear the english VAs
