So I'm participating in writing challenges for two different writing groups I'm in for the month of July, with @seejavaciawrite and @heartbreathings . Here's what happened the first week: July 1. I wrote the following: 1) blog post 2) a blog draft 3) several social media posts July 2. I did some work on my nonfiction book and book proposal. This is my Camp Nano project. About 1,540 words. July 3. Participated in a Heart Breathings sprint tonight (check them out, another awesome writing group on Facebook ). I updated a 3,503 word, blog post. I still have more updates to do. Hope to publish it by Wednesday of next week. July 4. Tarsh Gastronomia is a new upscale rooftop place in Hinjewadi, located on 8th floor of White Square. Tarsh has 4 sitting area two indoor sections one near the bar counter and the other was private Dinning area wherein you can have 30 people gathering. Third is the open area with some fancy furniture yet comfortable and last one is the upper private Dinning area which can accommodate 25 people. So overall it’s the one of the best place to throw a party.

The Bteam was invited for their soft launch of the place. As we entered the place it had good vibes with some extensive set menu for the evening.

We started with some innovative Cocktails like Bloggers Choice – it was lemongrass Infused Vodka mixed with ginger, orange & pineapple. This was served in pineapple shape brass glass, potent enough with slightly bittersweet in taste.

Next was Devil’s Triangle: If you like you drinks strong and bitter them this is the best bet to try it on. It was truffle Infused Vodka with homemade coffee concoction. Served in fancy all glass tea pot and small cup along with it. Just One sip and you will get hit by the bitterness.

Along with some cocktails we also engage ourselves in some yummylious food starting with Dahi ke Kebab– Golden crispy covering with little sweet and sour inside stuffing with a base of curd. Although the outer covering was bit greasy for my palate.

Paneer Ajwaini Tikka: Paneer was graciously marinated and it was cooked aptly without losing the strong flavors of Ajwain. It was one of the best appetizers of the evening. We did ask for the second serving for this.!

Rolling over to Mains we ordered Tawa Subji Banjara: As this was an regular affair, Mixed veggies tossed in rich Indian spices. It was nice and finger licking good. It goes well with crisp Garlic Butter Naan.

Dal Bukhara: This was the most delicious daal I have ever had. It was nice and thick with perfect taste which goes well with Crisp Naan or Jeera Rice. This should not be missed.

Desserts:

Three Layer of Milk Cake: This was pure bliss for those, who have sweet tooth. Spongy milk cake is topped with sweetened Condensed Milk. The rabbadi could be excellent alternative to condensed milk which will tonned down the overpowering sweetness.

Mirch ka Halwa: In my opinion too much of innovation kills the overall taste. This can one of the example.

Overall Tarsh has a good ambience with good options of cocktail and some yummylious food to go with it. It’s definitely a good place to visit with your family and of course with your office colleagues as well.
