The internet is great! I love it! I love that we're now living in a world and at a time where we are all connected around the globe. But obviously, there's also some cons. It's no secret that comment sections on videos and blog posts are often riddled with hate, and that, no matter what you do, no matter how pure your intentions, you're always gonna end up offending someone. And we get offended too. There's so many people in the public eye now, politics are turbulent, and everyone holds resentments against someone. So now we're living in an era where it is easier than ever to hold resentments against people we've never even met, and who have no idea that we even exist. Kinda weird, isn't it? Grievances are toxic. Whether they're about someone we know in person, a company, or someone in the public eye doesn't matter. So how can we detoxify? Click the link in my bio to check out my new blog post and find out. Don't forget to say hi in the comment section :) elisalionne.com/fbomb #BlogByElisa

Hi friends! First of all, thank you for your nice response to yesterday's post♥️ I actually just saw that two guys unsubscribed from my newsletter today. It's probably for the best. I call that natural selection. Moving on. This is the second blog post that I forgot to mention to you guys, but the timing actually works out, because in this article I talk about what helped me settle down and calm my nerves after that incident at the gym. As I said in the video, I was already dealing with shit before that guy harassed me, so I was already in a weakened state when it happened and just felt entirely overwhelmed. But these workbook lessons from A Course in Miracles really helped to clear the mental chatter and to restore my inner peace and confidence, which subsequently lead to me confronting that guy a few days later and being able to overcome this issue. And the great thing about A Course in Miracles is that it can be applied to any and all situations. So whatever it is that's disturbing your peace of mind, these lessons can help you too. I put the link to my blog in my bio. And it's currently the fifth one from the top. Thank you for reading🙏🏼💞 elisalionne.com/blessings #BlogByElisa

Hi friends! I have a new blog post up for you on the topic of God, and how helpful it is to know God as YOU see Him. Because we hear conflicting information all the time, and the only way to be firm in your belief in God, and to feel comforted by that belief, is if you have a clear idea of who and what God is to you. Because honestly, you should put more faith into the God you believe in than in what others are saying. If you read something or hear something that clashes with your belief of God, just forget it. Whether it’s coming from the internet, from the pope, from a priest, from A Course in Miracles, from me, or anyone else. Always stay true to your beliefs. Click the link in my bio to read the article, and let me know what you think💜 elisalionne.com/knowinggod #BlogByElisa

Hi babes! Got a new blog post for y'all! I wrote this one because I received a lot of questions like: Is it fate or free will? Am I creating my life one decision at a time, or am I living out God’s plan? And if so, did God plan for all the negative things in my life and in the world to happen? Does He sometimes want me to suffer “for my own good”? Is that a thing? So if you want to hear my take on it, click the link in my bio to check it out😊 Happy Tuesday frands!♥️ elisalionne.com/godshappyplan #BlogByElisa #godsplan #ACIM #freewill #divine #responsibility #divineguidance #god #fate #happylife

Hi my friends! I hope you're all enjoying your holidays!🎄💫 I just wanted to let you know that I have a new blog post up for you. And I think it's a lovely message as we're transitioning into a new year. You and I get a lot of our information online. Which is great! One of the best things about the internet is that there is information at our fingertips at all times. Never before has it been easier to get information and to self-educate basically for free! And that is something to be celebrated. But obviously there’s also a lot of misinformation out there, and not everything that you read on the internet can be trusted. And especially when it comes to this kind of spiritual/health/fitness information, that can pose a dilemma. Why? Because you can find a lot of contradicting information. And if you do – who should you trust? And which advice should you follow? That's what today's blog post is all about! And I'm not just telling you to "listen to your heart". This is specifically about learning from others through various outlets like blogs, books, videos, lectures, and so forth, and how to know which advice you should follow and which you should forget and move on. So click the link in my bio to check it out. I hope you like it! Happy holidays lovelies! elisalionne.com/guru #BlogByElisa

Hi friends! A common question I receive from my blog readers and coaching clients is on the difference between fate and free will. Is our life scripted? Is everything predetermined? Or does life unfold step by step according to our decisions? Particularly, people often ask this in regards to bad things happening in their lives. Was that planned? And by whom? And why? In my new blog post I share my take on it. Click the link in my bio to check it out. elisalionne.com/fate #BlogByElisa

Hi friends! The topic of life after death is something I’m often asked about by my coaching clients. It’s one of life’s big questions, isn’t it? So I decided to share my insights with you and answer the most common questions I receive about this topic. Now of course it’s up to the individual what they want to believe about life here on earth, about life after death, life before birth, heaven, paradise, nirvana,... It’s not my job to try and convince anyone of what I believe. I’m just sharing what I know to be true in response to the questions I receive, and you are free to take what you like and leave the rest. But I do believe this is a very inspired conversation so I'd love for you to check it out! The link is in my bio @ElisaLionne What do you believe about life after death?💜 elisalionne.com/lifeafterdeath #BlogByElisa

Hi friends! As promised, today I have an article about divine support for you. Sometimes we get confused. DOES God help me? DO I have divine support? Do I have to do everything on my own? In what ways can God help me? In what ways can't God help me? How does it all work? In today's blog post I attempt to answer those questions for you. It's a quick read. Click the link in my bio to check it out. I hope you like it!♥️ elisalionne.com/divinesupport #BlogByElisa

Hi guys! I have a new blog post for you💙 I’m continuing the topic of the last two weeks, which was a very metaphysical, but at the same time, straightforward conversation about God and the state of the world. I’ve been getting really positive feedback on these from you guys, and I’m so glad you are finding them helpful! One open question from last week’s post concerns my statement that God wanted you to stay in Heaven, but you left, so He went with you. Some of you might be wondering when and how you were leaving, if that’s a metaphor or if I’m speaking literally. So those are the questions I‘m addressing in this new blog post. It’s a quick read. Go check it out at the link in my bio @ElisaLionne and keep sending me your questions! Happy Tuesday fam!💙 elisalionne.com/paradise #BlogByElisa

Hi friends! Continuing last week’s topic of God as I see Him, in my new blog post I talk more about the state of the world, what role we’re playing, and what role God’s playing. And this week I'm sharing probably my biggest revelation ever with you guys. It's controversial, and I'll admit I was shocked. But even so, it definitely made a lot of sense, and it actually made me feel much better about God. A lot of people are harboring resentments against God because they believe He’s at least somewhat responsible for the pain in their life and in the world. What if that wasn’t true? What if He was your ticket and your guide out of this madness? I think that’s a thought worth considering. So click the link in my bio @ElisaLionne to learn more. Happy Tuesday friends!💛 elisalionne.com/moregod #BlogByElisa

I often get asked about God. Especially the age old question of how it is possible to have bad things happening in the world and on an individual level when there’s supposedly an all-loving God. Like, what’s going on there? I totally understand. I mean, we’re all going through tough times every now and then. Even on a small scale it’s enough to make you wonder – does God WANT me to suffer? Does He want me to endure pain and hardship? Because why else would it be such a big part of everyone’s life? Well, in my new blog post I attempt to answer that question and tell you about God as I see Him. Check it out at the link in my bio @ElisaLionne I really hope it brightens your day💛 elisalionne.com/god #BlogByElisa

Hi my loves! As I’ve written about in a recent blog post: shit happens. And sometimes there’s nothing we can do about it. But I do want to remind you that the least you can get from even the shittiest experience is a lesson learned. And when we learn our lessons, we gain insights and experience, we grow, we learn, we improve, and that makes us better equipped to deal with life’s struggles moving forward, and it makes us less likely to repeat past mistakes. So now that we have accepted that unfortunately shit happens, let’s look at how we can transform those hardships into lessons learned. Because we definitely don’t want to endure the pain if we can’t at least extract a valuable lesson from that experience. Like it says in that Alicia Keys song, ▪️ Yes I was burned, but I call it a lesson learned Mistake overturned, so I call it a lesson learned My soul has returned, so I call it a lesson learned Another lesson learned ▪️ You can find this article on my blog at the link in my bio @ElisaLionne 💗 I hope it brightens your day!🌟 elisalionne.com/lessons #BlogByElisa

I wrote this blog post to help you better deal with things not happening the way you want them to, and so you can be at peace with your “shit pickles”. I’ll explain. Sometimes we are wrecking our brains and wasting our time trying to figure out “Why me?” when something happens that we don’t like. And I agree, it is smart to take a look at yourself and on your behavior to determine whether or not you played a part in it. Then you can modify behavior, you can improve, you can grow, and this way you are less likely to repeat past mistakes, which is, in many ways, the point of life. But beyond that, sometimes shit happens. It just does. And sometimes you had nothing to do with it. It just happened. And I’d hate for you to try and find the fault in yourself when there’s literally nothing you could have done to prevent it. Because the truth is, no matter how clean I keep my side of the street, if someone else wants to spread their trash over on my side, they can. And I promise you, everyone has some sort of “shit pickle” they have to live with. Nobody’s life is perfect. So join me over on the blog to find out how you can deal with those shit pickles. You can find it at the link in my bio @ElisaLionne 💜 Love you! elisalionne.com/shithappens #BlogByElisa

Hi beauties! I missed a couple announcements for new blog posts last month, so I’m just gonna share them now to let you know what’s been happening. This first article is called Intuition And Intellect. And I wrote it because I realized that many people seem to think that intuition and intellect are mutually exclusive, that you can either do the smart thing or the spiritual thing so to speak. But really, intuition and intellect are just two different sources of wisdom. Both equally valuable. The way I see it, ♦️your intuition is your innate wisdom that you were born with, and your intellect is the wisdom you collected throughout your lifetime.♦️ The problem is that there’s often an imbalance there where we listen ONLY to our intellect while disregarding our intuition. And what I’m suggesting is that we try to incorporate BOTH sources of wisdom into our decision making process. Especially because we’ve all collected so much proof throughout our lives that our intuition knows what it’s talking about. I mean how often have you made what seemed like the rational choice only to have it blow up in your face, and afterwards you’re so upset because “you knew it!” You knew you shouldn’t have done that. And sometimes that’s what hurts the most. So check out this blog post to read about how you can balance intuition and intellect in your life. You can find it on my blog at the link in my bio @ElisaLionne 😘😘 elisalionne.com/intuitionandintellect #BlogByElisa

Inspiration can come in unlikely places✨ "You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards." -Steve Jobs The idea to create a twitter account is one of the clearest intuitive hits I can remember. •It didn’t make any sense.• I didn’t even know what twitter was! But something in me kept pushing to START A TWITTER ACCOUNT DAMMIT! And as ridiculous as it sounds, when I finally did... •a whole new world opened up before me!• Click the link in my bio @ElisaLionne to read about all the serendipitous things that happened for me after creating my twitter account and how YOU can apply that information to your own life💙 elisalionne.com/twitterversary #BlogByElisa
