Blog14: Summary of the artistic concept
The core concept of this project is to show the harmonious relationship between human and nature. Through my lens, I captured various activities in Lake Hamilton Park from early morning to night, trying to show the way people interact with nature at different times of the day. Each photo tells a story and reflects the moments when people are enjoying nature and relaxing in the park.
In the use of color and light, I conveyed the quietness and warmth of the park through soft early morning light and warm evening tones. Through these visual means, I hope to give the viewer a sense of the subtle connection between man and nature, while also showing the vitality of the park as a public space.

Major Project: Mountain and Sea's Fantasy
Blog14 : Monster Design for Ying long Bi fang and Nine tail fox
This was the stage where I started designing the game's exotic beasts. I didn't have much experience with monster design before, so I thought it was a good learning process.
My first design was the yinglong, also known as the yellow dragon and the old dragon. The original Chinese god of thunder and rain, he appeared as a god of war and was a general beside the Huang Di , and is also the “giant god of foundation of world, creation and destruction” in ancient myths and legends.
He lived in the heavenly world, gave Fu Xi Hetu luoshu【the River Chart and the Inscription of the Luo】, helped Fu Xi create the eight trigrams, and was also the mentor of Yan Di.
Some of my color attempts
Since it's a rain god, all the main colours are blue, but I wanted to enrich the overall image so I added gills, fins and a fish tail to him.
And used some saturated accents of similar colours.
My second design is a nine-tailed fox
The Nine-Tailed Fox is a beast that looks like a fox but has nine tails, and its cry is like a baby's cry.
It coexists peacefully with humans and will provide them with food. Humans who eat the food provided by the Nine-Tailed Fox can be protected from evil spirits, which is a sign of good fortune.
I tried some color schemes that looked demonic to show off the fox's cunning.
But Nine Tails as a symbol of auspiciousness, I used the colour red, which is a Chinese expression of festivity, as the main body.
He also had expressions of cannibalism in legends, so evil eyes and green were added to the fur to increase the demonic colours.
The third design is Bi Fang. It's the omen of fire in ancient Chinese mythology. The name Bi Fang comes from the crackling sound of burning bamboo and wood, and it is the god of fire as well as wood, dwelling in the trees.
It does not eat grains, but devours flames, and Bi Fang's appearance is said to herald a great fire.
When I was designing Bifang, I realised that as a fire god it would also have a lot of red, but I wanted to make it different from the Nine Tailed Fox and the Vermillion Bird.
So I thought about the properties of flames, this is called colour temperature, the higher the temperature, the bluer the colour, the higher, the colour becomes purple. Lower temperature, the colour turns yellow, the lower it goes, it becomes reddish in colour.
So I added a highly saturated blue to the colour design to reflect the high temperature.
I have to say I have some weaknesses in monster design, and I think it's easier to add a variety of elements when designing a character.
You can add elements that you want to reflect from different angles such as hairstyles, clothing, weapons and so on.
But on monsters this is obviously much more difficult for me, I feel like I can think of some special designs to add to the fur and colours, but I don't think it's probably enough to make them look more recognisable.

MEDIA220 BLOG14
Finished my last work for MEIDA220, complited, yes,,,,,nice,,,but I'll keep said about my ASS3 only got 20 at the rest of my life.....
ANYWAY, here are some sentiment about this paper:
I have learnt a lot through this semester, Professor Rodrigo as a professional photographer with great care, I have learnt from him how to be a good photographer and a lot of knowledge about photography that I have not been exposed to. After each lesson, I could find out what I don't know, and Professor answered the questions in detail every time. Not only that, but every time Professor got a friend to give an online presentation, they showed me what I needed to know and how to take the first step if I wanted to be a professional photographer in the future, and that's the kind of knowledge I feel I treasure - even if I still want to be a hunter. Professor Rodrigo is very good at teaching, he has very good patience and the lessons are very interesting, I am very happy to know him as my professor for this class.I gave him a perfect score in professor evaluation. Maybe I don't quite know how to meet his criteria for a good assignment and my grade is now in jeopardy, however, I believe that in my last assignment, I will do well and get a high grade so that I can go to my favourite school and finish my graduate school career!
Through the study of the topic of drink driving, I learnt a lot of knowledge about drink driving that I had never come across before, how many cases of drink driving there are in NZ every year, how many people die of drink driving in the world every year, all these make me start to reflect on the fact that drinking and driving means a person loses everything, so we should eliminate drink driving from the root. Cherishing our lives means cherishing the future of a family.
Thanks for all ,拜拜

Semiotics - Index
This is a picture of a rubbing that I created. This rubbing was created on the steps to my front porch of my house in downtown Macon. When choosing a spot for the creation of the rubbing, I chose the brick steps because I thought that material had the most character. The house is a very old house with a lot of character. I thought it was really neat to produce that character onto a sheet of paper and to create my own artwork out of it.

Update for March 3,2019
Our group mates and I had a meeting about the channels and what are the ways that we should do that is effective on attracting good customers. We've also had overnights in our group mates' house just to finish the project. After doing those we proceeded and continued on giving an update to our instructor with the hope that we can launch it this week.

British Museum
Some of the most compelling objects I found in the British Museum were the mummy pieces and their sarcophagus. I think that these were most interesting to me because they are something Ive always seen on TV and movies but really didn't bother to explore or read into. I don't think Ive ever seen this many in person and they drew me into really understanding what they're about and also made me realize they they were real. Walking through the room of corpses was actually slightly terrifying, I didn't quite understand the reasoning behind the preservations of these people and why it was important back then but the experience being physically around them gave me the chills.
Jericho Skull reconstruction was the object I chose online. A scholar may find it more useful to view the 3-D model than look at it in person because the 3-D model allows you to play with the object. A scholar wouldn't be able to see what the other sides of the skull looks like in person because it is cased up, online you're able to move the object around to get a full view. A scholar would want a full view maybe so that they will be able to describe the entire skull, get a sense of what type of damage was done and to better understand the piece overall. The 3-D digital object may change their interaction compared to other museums differently because not only can it be found online, but it could also be fully viewed with every detail included as well as its more realistic than even just seeing it in person. Being able to 3-D print the object and view it online allows the audience to to feel almost like they can hold the item, having the VR setting online also contributes to a more realistic view of the object making you feel as though you are present as well and by this software being compatible with other social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc opens it up to a bigger audience instead of the conventional digital objects that other museums have.

Blog14 | 3D GP - Research (pt.2)
After having started creating our world in the Maya and Unreal, the inspiration of a sims like world was coming into fruition. (Example Below)
As you can see, we created a world with the intention of bettering the what already exists. Tackling it from this angle allowed us to look at what is already in the market and to use that as starting point.
The picture above shows the level of detail that has gone into creating this world thus far. Learning how to use Maya and then applying by creating what I had in my head was not the easiest thing, in fact it was quite a challenge. The creation of objects, and a digital world for that matter, is so time consuming.
This creation process was something we gave extra attention to because cosmetics and detail are a major selling point in games such as The Sims.

TECH101 BLOG14
In this week we still don't have our class in our subject which is technopreneurship, so my group mates and I utilize our free time in continuing doing our project since the final pitching is coming. So, we have to hurry and do everything we can, so that at the judgment day we can present a good output, and we can answer the following questions that will be given to us by the panels. Our hypothesis before which happens to be our project today is halfway there to its output. We are currently furnishing it. My group mates and I decided to cooperate with the things that we're going to do and finish. I was assigned in the documentation, and to other matters. My other group mates are focusing on working on the MVP. Honestly, I am not good in coding, so I didn't interfere to them about it. All I did was doing the design, and also searching to the internet because we don't really trust in one idea of design. Obviously, the lesson thay I want to discuss right now is intended for myself. Haha, I should practice on coding and creating a website. Actually, that's not my specialty as entering this course that's why i did not focus on it. I want to become a hardware or network engineer someday.
