I know that a minimally marked tobiano blanket appaloosa is my pattern. I know that this is my (general) pintaloosa pattern on Georg's right side. But I have no idea what color to actually put under that pattern. So I quickly threw this together to debate.

ORGINALLY my custom Georg was supposed to be silver buckskin - but neither silver dapple nor cream exist in Noriker. These colors DO exist in Norikers because I used real Norikers as inspiration.

I am good with color in traditional mediums. I know that I can create depth of color in any of these options. Even if it may not appear so in my 30 second coloring throw-ups here.

here is that little project I said I’ve been working on! each of these horses were drawn much larger than they’re shown here (250px - 400px wide each). I’m trying to develop a quick style and figure out my lining, so I’ve been drawing a LOT of horses lately. these are all characters of mine from an old horse rp site I’ve been a part of since I was like thirteen! I have six foals to draw next, which should be as frustrating as it is adorable because foal anatomy makes no sense. their legs just never end!!!!
