Just a puzzle piece
Who: Dani Harper and Sam Evans ( @shiftingdani)
When: 1/24/2018, morning
Where: NYADA, a bus, Manhattan Branch of the LN Protection Committee, cafe
What: Dani and Sam elect to skip classes and hopefully get answers about Kurt.
General Notes: Just a Bloodline and an LN casually sneaking out of school to do what needs to be done. Brief passing mention at the end of Sam watching what he eats.
Dani had to admit that she didn´t really mind skipping classes. Sure, most of them had been interesting, but ever since hearing about Ellie she hadn´t felt like doing much and saving Kurt should really be their top priority. So when Sam told her that he was game with skipping at least the first few periods to sneak out to Manhattan she hadn´t hesitated. With her hair brown and her whole appearance rather discreet she snuck as far away from her student´s building as she could, waiting for Sam to meet her.
Sam really felt like having classes was pointless right now. He found that even as he tried to attend, all he could think about was the missing classmates and how the professors just seemed to be going about their day like it was normal. The only person he found himself thinking of besides Brett was Kurt. So while he probably shouldn't be encouraging Dani to skip classes, who was he to say no when he didn't even want to be there himself? Making up some excuse that he had some bad pizza the night before, he sent an e-mail out before heading to the student building where Dani was. Waving at the girl, he put his hands in his coat pocket to keep them warm from the cold. "Hey, ready to go?"
Dani knew she wouldn´t have been able to concentrate on her classes anyways, not with Ellie dead and so many of her classmates missing. She didn´t know many of them personally, apart from Kurt, but she had a feeling they were still somewhere out there and she couldn´t stand the thought that they were hoping for someone to come and rescue them, only to learn that nobody cared. When she found Sam approaching she pushed the hood back a little so she could see him. "Ready," She nodded. "And...thanks for coming with me." The truth was: She would have probably been able to sneak out looking like someone else, but that would have been illegal and while Dani didn´t care all that much about breaking the law she knew she wouldn´t be able to help Kurt, or the others, if she was in a cell.
Sam nodded politely and gave her a small smile. In truth, he felt guilty for even so much as trying to look happy. He just felt like anything that he did would be taken the wrong way and he liked Dani, he didn't want her to think badly of him. But this wasn't about him so he kept those insecurities to himself. "Of course, this is important and we need to find out what's going on." There were people out there who were depending on them to keep their voices heard and they couldn't let them down. No one was around to stop them at least and he led the way off campus. "Was there any place in particular you wanted to check?" He asked by way of getting a sense of direction.
Dani shuffled close to Sam, just to be sure, but there was nobody stopping them. It was strange, how this place had become like a prison to her, but as soon as she was with a witch it seemed like she could just walk out the door and never return. And maybe she would some day, maybe she´d have to use one of her friends to do it, but for now she´d focus on Kurt. "I´ve read about the LN protection committee, they have an office in downtown Manhattan," She explained as they walked. "Maybe we can have an insight on Kurt´s file. Or ask about him. I don´t know if they´ve got anything, but it´s worth a try," It was sure as hell better than sitting around.
Sam had thought about going to the committee, but he wasn't too sure how he'd be received, someone wondering why a Bloodline cared about an LN. But hopefully no one would ignore them and if anything, he could use his status to get answers. He hated the thought of doing so but like Santana once said, sometimes you had to use your privilege to get the answers you wanted. "I know where it is. They could have something we could find useful." There was never any harm in looking. If it helped Kurt or any of their missing classmates, then how could they not check? Finding the bus stop for downtown, they didn't have to wait long before the bus arrived.
Dani settled into the seat next to Sam silently. She would have been bothered to make conversation, but she was exhausted. Everything that had been happening during the last few days had drained the energy from her and she had to force herself to get out of bed. Maybe the search for Kurt was what kept her from going completely insane. And Marley. Marley helped too. She pushed the thought aside as she pulled the rope to get the bus to stop. "So..." She eventually speaks up, just to make conversation at all. "This whole AMS campaigning thing...what´s that all about?"
Sam was quiet on the bus for a moment, keeping an eye out for anyone who could look at them and recognize at least him as a witch. He wanted to protect Dani at all costs since he didn't even know what was happening. Her voice was a bit of a surprise but when she spoke, a feeling of guilt went through his stomach, thinking of the campaigning he should be doing but elected not to do. "Oh, witches and LN students can campaign to be representatives for each of their colleges. For example, one of the LN students can be a rep for Aequitas, a student from Florence Farr can represent their year, like that. They work with the other reps at their college to work towards making events, classes and changes for the better. So those who are running are preparing to give a speech this weekend so students can vote and decide if they want them to represent their college for the year."
Dani listened to his explanation as they got off the bus. Once they stood on the sidewalk she linked her arm with his, just to be save. She hadn´t been in Manhattan since hearing about Ellie´s death and while it was highly unlikely to run into any of her old friends she was still a little uneasy about it. "Oh, so it´s basically like running for class president, only bigger." She nodded, she had only seen a couple of posters around campus as she had walked around. "Is anyone we know campaigning?" She then wondered out loud, more to herself than for him to answer really.
Sam accepted her arm with his, keeping her close but making sure she had her own space so he wasn't bothering her. Nodding his head, Sam understood what she meant when she made the statement. "Yeah, although not everyone seems to be in the mood to campaign." he wrinkled his brow as he thought of the anon he had seen Finn answer, but was he going to campaign? "I saw something on Tumblr about Finn being nominated but I don't know if he's running. I know Quinn was planning on it, but I haven't seen anything from her on it now that I think of it." It seemed like everyone was more focused on the missing students than AMS. He was honestly curious why the AMS thought it was a good idea to run at the same time. He was almost losing himself in his thoughts so he looked at her. "I was going to begin my campaign for second year rep, but it didn't feel right to while so many people were missing. How could I speak for my school when so much was going on, you know?"
Dani glanced over at him, lips curving into a soft smile. "That´s a good, you know? Maybe they did it to distract people. Or maybe this is the time for people to show their true faces. Both the people who run and those who vote. If you´re willing to vote for someone who doesn´t care about missing students, no matter their heritage, then you´re a scumbag." Dani rounded the corner and the building they were looking for came in sight. It was strange, he had passed the building many times while living here, but she had never known what was inside.
Sam found he couldn't argue with her there. There was no telling what anyone said versus what they actually felt. And he was actually...kind of annoyed with the people he had seen campaigning, some of whom had said good things about their LN peers. "Couldn't have said it better myself," he told her honestly as they found the building. He had been here a couple times when his parents showed him where UMC branches were located in case he ever did need to come. But he never expected to need to do it like this. "Let's see what happens." He said, hoping they could find an answer somehow.
Dani offered him another smile, glad he seemed to be agreeing with her. She hadn´t known whether she´d get along with witches at all, especially after running into Quinn and also Hunter ( she was still bitter about his cookie betrayal ) but she had found some friends in witches. Tina, Sam, Rachel and Blaine had accepted her for who she was, even though she hadn´t been so sure herself, and she´d never forget that. "Alright," She nodded then, unlinking her arm from his and pushing open the door.
Sam walked inside and could see that it was a bit busy. People were walking quickly, some on their phones or looking at papers in their hands. There was a crowd of people, some who appeared to be LN based on the posters in their hands, and some officials trying to get them to calm down. They walked to the reception desk and Sam cleared his throat. "Yes, how can I help you?" the woman asked. "Hi." He said before clearing his throat, "My name is Sam and this is Dani. We were hoping to find out some information about a friend of ours who is missing."
Dani followed Sam inside, taking everything in. The people passing by, other´s who were on the phone, and somehow she could feel that the atmopsphere was tense. Which it should have been, given what had happened over the past couple of weeks. Dani ended up with a flyer in her hand and she nodded at the girl before coming to a stop next to Sam. "Yes, we´ve been worried about him. They´ve been cleaning out his room and they wouldn´t even tell us why." She glanced at the woman, putting on her best teary eyed face, which wasn´t all too hard considering how emotionally compromised she was.
Sam could see the woman was reluctant to say anything and Sam tried to look as sympathetic as possible. "Look, ma'am, I'm sure you have a lot on your plate with so many people missing. But we're really worried about him. For him to be gone this long, it's not right and he has a father." He hoped appealing to the family aspect would work. "Someone misses him and he deserves to have answers." The woman looked at him critically for a moment before sighing, "What's his name?" Sam was slightly surprised it had worked so easily, but at the same time, he also knew that any ounce of sympathy he could drum up for Kurt should be something that could work. "Kurt Elizabeth Hummel." Sam said.
Dani kept looking at the woman, a desperate look in her eyes. It might have been a bit much, but considering how many people probably came here every day, asking about missing people, she´d understand if the woman was swamped. Besides, desperate times called for desperate matters, right? Once the woman had typed a few things into her computer she nodded. "Yes. His file was updated on the 19th as we got permission to clear his room." She looked up. "I´m afraid that´s about everything I can tell you."
Sam would have loved to get more information, such as who had updated the file but he sighed. "Not even why you had permission?" He asked, but the look on her face was clear. She wasn't going to give them anything more. "Okay. Thank you for your time." He figured being polite was best, especially if he got fed up enough to come back and try again. Because at this point, it was hard to see whether they took this seriously.
Dani glanced back as the woman sighed, obviously affected by it all, "Wait." She told them, raising an eyebrow. "I can´t tell you who updated the file, that´s classified information, but if a room is cleared it´s either because the things are being moved, or because someone has been declared or assumed dead. Why, however, isn´t something I´m being told," She gave them another pitiful look and Dani nodded, "Thank you for your help," She managed as she turned to link her arm with Sam´s again. "Declared dead. Why would anyone do that?"
Sam was really glad the woman was moved enough to give them something, even if it wasn't very helpful but at least it gave them someplace to look. They at least had two possible courses of action so maybe this meant Kurt wasn't dead. "Yes, thank you." He said by way of being polite before holding onto Dani's arm carefully, keeping her close. Now he just felt even more protective. "I don't know, but to get rid of their things like that without knowing for sure? It's not right. And what are they doing with his things?" It just left him with a weird feeling inside. "I think we've done what we can do for now. We should head back before anyone notices we left." He didn't know who would notice, but at this point, he didn't trust anything.
Dani nodded at his words. "Either they´re trying to cover it all up or they´re declaring all the missing kids dead so they won´t have to go looking for them. But then wouldn´t they have done it to all the kids that were missing on campus?" Something in this equation didn´t make sense, but Dani couldn´t quite put her finger on it. "We´ll still tell the others," She then added as they pushed open the door and moved out onto the street. "Hey," she then stopped, "Wanna grab a coffee before we head back? I know a nice place just around the corner."
Sam thought that there was so much out of place and they honestly didn't have all of the answers. Even if they got answers, they were so little and led to nothing. Or at least nothing they could hold onto that was concrete. "Yeah, they would have. But something isn't right, we just have to keep looking." He nodded in agreement. "Of course. I'm meeting up with Elliott later, I'll let him know what we found." He wasn't in too much of a hurry to go back. Being on campus made him feel off so when she suggested coffee, he nodded. "I'd love to. Lead the way." He said, figuring a nice cup of coffee could help settle his nerves. For now at least.
Dani offered him a smile, nodding. Maybe, if they all worked together, they´d be able to pierce the puzzle together at some point. She just hoped Kurt would still be alive then. She was quick to shake off that thought as she lead Sam down the street and around a corner, towards a small French style café. She hadn´t been here in years, but it still felt like coming home. "Come on," She then smiled as she pushed open the door. "Oh, they also make some mean cupcakes and muffins here."
Sam was really hoping that this would all lead somewhere. Everyone who was missing deserved to come home. He could see the cafe and it looked really cute. When she mentioned cupcakes and muffins, he could feel the need to check his workout routine, but when he thought of it in the grand scheme of things, well, a cupcake was something that could comfort him for the moment. "Now you're talking." He said with a smile as they went inside.

#iZombie S3 Ep9 "Twenty Sided, Die" Recap & Review
Welcome to the ultimate episode for not only nerds; but Veronica Mars fans too! Yes, Logan has arrived! Well, actually Jason showed up last week as the new head of Fillmore- Graves, but for some reason I didn’t recognize him! Dumb me!
Don't Fear the Reaper!
We pick up where we left off last week with Ravi going undercover at Harley’s anti-zombie meeting. Harley plays the video of Justin in full on zombie mode and explains the danger at hand. Ravi definitely seems concerned! He even outs D.A. Baracus-future zombie mayor. John’s has the security guard; Billy Cook tell what he saw at the Max Rager party again. John’s then starts passing out dossiers on suspected zombies and asks for volunteers to keep an eye on them.
The Scratching Post is under new management and Blaine is falling into his old boss roll just fine. Don E is now his number two!
His goals are simple, keep the money flowing and get his new blue juice biz going. So- he asks Don E to try part of a brain soaked in the juice for twenty days, twice as long as Ravi’s recipe so should make for a hell of a trip. Don E isn’t into it but his weirdo sidekick (whom I am not sure has a name) is very into it! I am pretty sure Curly would be into taking just about ANYTHING!
Back at the meeting, Harley has assigned his zombie trackers. Harley wants his people to capture zombies, starve them and then he can broadcast it on a live stream.
Ravi must stop the madness so he stands up and explains that capturing zombies is a very bad idea-one could get scratched and turned into one and start the Zombie Apocalypse. He covers by saying he is working on a zombie vaccine to stall for time.
Harley agrees to go ahead with the surveillance plan minus the capture! Good save Ravi!
Outside the meeting Ravi meets a cute girl, Rachel, who explains she is not so much a zombie hater-she’s just an artist who would love to photograph one. Then she gives him a ride on her motorcycle! Go Ravi…
Finally, the nerd setup we have been waiting for. A game of D and D is taking place until the dungeon master takes a sip from a chalice and chokes to death. Nerd brains for Liv! Not only that, the strange IT guy from a former episode is BACK! I hope he makes some regular cameos on the show.
On the way to the crime scene Ravi fills in Liv and Clive on the details of the meeting. Clive isn’t quite sure what dungeons and dragons is but seeing the game definitely takes Ravi down memory lane, although he denies is a bit.
“Do I look like a nerd?” -Ravi
Clive is introduced to other players and some happen to work at the station. Since the goth guy is from IT I am going to guess the others are as well.
I am stereotyping here, I realize but I do know IT guys and the ones I know DO play Magic the Gathering every week.
Back at the lab, Liv cooks up a type of brain stew soufflé of some sort. It actually looks rather good!
After the stew kicks in Liv heads to the station to question the first suspect, Vampire Steve-our goth guy from earlier in the season. She is now starting to speak in story structure and rolling die to make decisions.
Clive explains to Vampire Steve that the victim, Master Dan was found to be into online poker which could be a motive for murder.
Vamp Steve explains Dan did not talk about his wealth but did just purchase a high-priced nerd item. Join the club Dan! Ostensibly, he owned a rare piece of art but Vamp Steve has not seen it in a while.
Liv discovers the entire group was poisoned in the game last week-ironic since Dan was killed the same way. Liv and Vampire Steve have an off topic back and forth and Clive is noticeably confused and irritated. Sometimes I wonder if Clive feels like dealing with all of Liv’s crazy personalities are worth the trouble. Anyone else?
Suddenly, after rolling her die, Liv gets a vision of the night the group all died in the game and they were all rather distraught by the news. Next suspect to visit-Zoe, the token girl of the group.
Meanwhile, Blaine is reviewing Curly’s notes of his blue juice trip. The brains came from a World War II vet who happened to be a lady’s man so yes, Curly had the trip of his life.
“Boys, we’re gonna be rich!” -Blaine
Obviously, Don E does NOT want to be left out of the fun so he downs a rather generous slice of the blue juice brain while no one is looking.
Over at bro-mance land, Ravi discovers Major has found a giant stack of hate mail that he has been hiding from him back when he was the accused Chaos Killer. He finds him reading them in a depressed state.
“I may never be loved, or have sex again…” -Major (Major have you looked in the mirror lately)?
Ravi tries to get him to stop, but Major finds a letter from a girl named Shawna who supports him explaining she also had been accused of a crime she did not commit. She includes a picture and a phone number, but Major isn’t buying into it.
Over at Peyton’s office, she is still working on the Dom case from a few weeks ago. She is interviewing one of the victim’s psychiatrists who insists there is no way her client would be visiting a dominatrix.
Liv and Clive visit suspect, Zoe’s place of work at a comic book store where Clive reminisces about his comic book reading days. He loved The Flash! Suddenly, they spot the piece of art missing from Master Dan’s house, now for sale at Zoe’s work. The painting triggers a vision of Zoe in an erotic cosplay session with Dan.
Zoe explains the piece isn’t missing, she won it off Dan in a bet. Liv suggests that she possibly won it during the cosplay session. Zoe also informs them that another player, Jimmy had a thing for her and was possibly jealous because of a naughty text he spotted.
Liv and Clive haul in Jimmy who denies the crush at first until Clive brings out his sketchpad complete with naughty heroic sketches of not only him Zoe-but one of Liv too!
Clive wonders how far his obsession might take him but Jimmy suggests they take a look at another player, Diego’s back.
Diego gives up the goods but explains he regrets his ink foible and explains he’s actually not the obsessed one either. It’s Vampire Steve whom had the real issue. Evidently, Steve used to be just regular ol’ Steve but because of Zoe’s Twi-Hard status he became who is today-Vampire Steve. The guy we know and love!
So, they haul back in Vampire Steve who explains he did not become V Steve for Zoe. He came to Vampirism of his own accord, he claims, and that despite her tryst with Dan- he believes him and Zoe will be together one day. Clive is frustrated with the dead-end suspects. He suggests they do some more digging.
“On a quest!” -Liv
In order to speed up some visions, Liv hosts her own D and D game, as master of course, and I cannot even write about it. It is seriously one of the funniest scenes I have ever witnessed on this show and possibly even ever on any show. I would absolutely love to see the outtakes from this scene.
Liv is obviously taking the game very seriously, as is Ravi. Major and Peyton are more reluctant along with Clive-well, for a little while anyway-he eventually become a little TOO involved!
I mean, honestly there is nothing I can say-you just have to watch it for the genius of it!
It does, however, spark a vision for Liv where she discovers Master Dan has a secret room so after the all-nighter her and Clive go to check it out.
Clive is pretty proud of himself!
“Hey, maybe we could have a regular game!” -Clive
Liv and Clive find the secret room which turns out to be a computer geeks paradise. Clive makes another white people joke-my favorite thing he does!
Back at the station they bring Zoe in to discuss the secret room and the computer they found in there that had a connection to Russian power plants. But the interview is interrupted by Clive’s boss saying they are shutting down the case and handing it to the feds. Dan was a possible hacker attempting to infiltrate Russian computer systems, so it’s out of their hands now.
Suddenly, his boss mentions the case has gone to Dale Bozzio, Clive’s old flame from Season Two.
If you recall, Clive was never able to explain all the things he had to cover up one he discovered Liv was a zombie so he rushes out to find her. Cue the sad love music.
He does find her! Just in time!
“You were right about Major Lilywhite not being a Mass Murderer, turns out he was just a Mass Kidnapper!” -Dale
She asks him if he wants to communicate anything new to her and although I am sure he wants to, he understandably cannot.
“I haven’t stopped thinking about you, I’m absolutely lost without you…” -Clive
He asks her about the latest case and she tells him she can’t trust him. So, sad…
CUE SAD MUSIC
Back at Liv’s, she downs some army brain mush Major brings her to get rid of her personality so she can act normal for Justin at the fundraiser for Baracus.
Justin picks her up (looking pretty nice in a suit)!
Major seems slightly uncomfortable so he takes off home.
Back at The Scratching Post, Don E is having serious consequences to eating the large portion of the super charged brain! He’s trippin’ hard and he hauls ass out of the bar but no one cares enough to go after him. I find this wrong. When your friend is having a bad trip, everyone knows you are supposed to be there for them! Not that I have any personal experience…(clears throat).
Justin and Liv arrive at the Baracus event and Liv finally gets to meet Logan! I mean Chace Graves! The meeting is brief but I am definitely looking forward to more of him.
Peyton shows up explaining she came straight from work.
“Can you least pretend that this takes some effort?” Liv to Peyton.
Peyton grabs her boss, Baracus, to discuss the dom case but he wants, for obvious reasons, to let it go. Liv is there to give her the scoop on the real reason he wants her to let it go.
Meanwhile, at the lab, Ravi is working hard painting his D and D figure, when Harley arrives with an emergency.
He is all excited because he caught himself a real-life zombie! Not only that, the surveillance has led them to the existence of The Scratching Post and they figure Ravi has some tranquilizers to mellow out the captured zombie.
Guess who the zombie is??? His friends SUCK!
Back at Major’s place he is sulking on the couch, obviously depressed because he can’t be at the party protecting people like Justin and also just saw Liv leave with a date. Even “The Love Boat,” theme bums him out.
The Baracus party is still in full swing and Liv and Justin are about discussing going home for some sexy time! She points out Chace Graves to Justin and he confesses about him shooting him because of the missing cans of Max Rager on their wild night out. Liv is pissed and makes her way to confront him when abruptly -a mass shooting breaks out! Baracus freaks out and starts to turn into full on zombie mode but Liv talks him down.
All these big events, the helicopter crash and the shooting, have to be related and far too advanced for the likes of Harley and his inept crew! Does Fillmore Graves have something to do with it?
Back at sad Major-land, he appears to be getting ready for something and gives us this…
Thank you, Robert, director, camera man-whomever!
Of course, the girl from the letter, Shawna shows up and he lets her in.
Finally, Blaine pays a visit to his dad in the well…I was wrong! He did come back to feed him! Well, some scraps anyway! He even reads him the news…so sweet! Father and Son bonding time-iZombie style!
“That’s from an impotent proctologist, by the way…enjoy!” -Blaine
“Don’t fear the Reaper,” plays as Blaine feels pleased with his new life.
Somewhere else...a car pulls up and guess who is back?
Mr. Boss.
Cannot wait to see how this plays out!
Episode 10/10 Best one of the Season and one of the best overall!
Here are some more pics from this episode-ENJOY!!!

#iZombie S3 Ep7 Dirt Nap Time Recap
Last week we left off with the discovery Blaine had been lying about losing his memory, so the gang was excited the cure works! But, when they returned to the lab they realized the syringes had been stolen. Ravi remembered he had given Major one! Unfortunately, Major had given it to Natalie, so we join Team Z at this moment.
The cure napping suspects so far; Blaine and Don E. Liv threatens to beat a confession out of him.
“ I can just picture him-smug,pleased with himself; King of the World!” -Liv
We join Blaine at his lounge act where he is not pleased with himself or anything else in fact. After his lackluster performance and a lukewarm response, he walks out into the alley where he is sucker punched by Liv. Liv in full on zombie mode! I haven’t seen that in awhile!
I love it so much I have a Funko Pop of it!
Liv tries to choke him until Ravi talks her down.
Blaine denies taking the doses.
New brains are courtesy of Mr. Brennen, a teacher at pre-school. Two mothers argue over the affection of one of the dorkiest men on the planet until another woman becomes a suspect of impropriety. This geek sure gets a ton of bored moms. Of course, after the outburst, he is found murdered, and Clive arrives at the scene.
When Ravi and Liv arrive, Clive expects to see a human Liv, but she doesn’t want to discuss what occurred.
The sweet teacher Jamie Brennen who once did puppet voices and played the guitar for kids is now face down in his living room with nails in his head. OUCH!
“I was thinking of ruiling it a homicide…” -Clive
While assesing the scene Clive notices the letters STD36 on the fridge. Meal Time for Liv!
Liv’s peppy teacher brain kicks in and they visit the teacher’s classroom. Jamie’s boss lets Clive know about his womanizing and all the affairs he had with the mom’s every year.
Bring in the suspects.
Back to the sad Blaine land, he is so depressed he can barely function. Poor Blaine!
“What’s it all about…Candy?” -Blaine
At Peyton’s office, she seems to be not handling the break up well either. But she channels her grief through her work.
Over at DA Baracus’ house, Major is hanging out with his Army buddy, the one who helped save his life before the took the cure. Major is of course still trying to keep his human cover, but he decides to come clean. Major makes him promise he will retain the secret, so he doesn’t lose his job.
Back at questioning, another woman is offering up an alibi and Liv is continuing to talk to people like they are five.
Peyton is still working the dominatrix case and trying to get the memory card from the man they arrested. Apparantly the memory card is uber important and no one is getting their hands on it.
Back in the victim’s classroom Clive and Liv continue to question Jamie’s girlfriends. Clive informs this woman that in order to clear her he will have to tell her husband about her affair. It’s okay though! Liv makes it better through sock puppets!
Meanwhile…Major’s army buddies search for the rumored zombie speakeasy. They find it but in order to get in you must eat a piece of brain laces with the hottest of hot sauces whichmakes Major nervous. But just in time, Don E walks by and vouches for them all. In The Scratching Post they go! Close call Major!
The boys have entered zombie mecca and are loving every minute of it.
“Hey, dead bitches! Are we having fun yet?” -Don E
The next day at the lab, Major bring the news of the bar back to the lab. They ponder where all the new zombies are coming from and where they are getting all the brains for the servings galore. Liv wants to find out when she goes down to ask Don E about the stolen doses. But they aren’t too keen on Liv going into badass land alone on her brains so Major suggests taking his buddy Justin, who just happens to be into her.
As soon as Major and Ravi begin teasing her with a silly song, Liv gets her first vision. It’s about Piper the girl whom though she was exclusive with Jamie. Liv agrees to bring Justin to the Scratching Post but before that she needs to get with Clive and Piper.
Piper says she was at Jamie’s house the night he was murdered to break it off but Liv knows different.
Back at Peyton’s office, the public defender on the Wexler-dom case informs her he hung himself in his cell, I am guessing because of whatever was on that file.
Clive and Liv are still working the pre-school case and Liv gets another vision (for which she receives a star)! Jamie was on a date with Macy where they saw a car drive away with the license plate STD36, which is what they saw on Jamie’s fridge earlier. Turns out the car belongs to a P.I.
Liv and Justin head to the zombie bar to pay a visit to Don E. But in the meantime, they flirt and drink. It seems like Liv is finally ready to move on!
The fun is finally interrupted by Mr. Oboxious. Liv questions him, but he denies it and seems genuine. Which only leaves… no one!
Back at depressing-village, Blaine enters the storeroom to see his deliveries haven’t gone out. Don E and his goons have Candy upstairs. Don E informs Blaine he is taking all his clients but offers to buy up the rest of his product. But before they leave, one of the goons has a message from Blaine’s dad.
A gunshot wound…
But before said goon finishes it off, Blaine offers him a deal he cannot refuse…
Liv and Clive pay a visit to the private eye following their victim. They get the information they need and bring in woman who said she was in an open relationship and didn’t care if they told her husband about the affair with Jamie. The woman’s husband is the nail gun murderer. Case Closed.
Back at the lab, Peyton pays a visit to Ravi concerning the dom killer. I am still #teambleyton but conflicted.
Peyton wants Liv to eat Wexler’s brains to see if there is any foul play involved and Ravi shoes her how the blue juice can speed it up.
Major and Justin discuss Liv over beers. AWKWARD! Justin thinks she just not that into him but Major shows him otherwise with a decorated note.
Justin gets a call about the zombie hater they are tracking and they run off to catch him. When they do they discover a whole arsenal perfect for zombie hunting.
