Harvest of A Lost One

This is my first story that I’ve written in a while. Some events are based on a true story. Please don’t be offended by some things that are in here. The way things and characters are portrayed are how they are in real life. Enjoy.

Chapter 1

It's Wednesday morning, 9am, you wake up feeling refreshed and full of energy. Of course, you're seeing Black Veil Brides tonight. You stumble out of bed and throw on your Freddy & Jason shirt, because ya know, you're hardcore like that. You head downstairs and start breakfast. Scrambled eggs, cottage cheese and avocado toast. You suddenly get a text from your best friend Elizabeth. Elizabeth: "Hey! I won't be able to make it tonight. My boss wants me to work over, AGAIN. I'm so sorry." You reply "I understand you have to work but I need someone to go with me. He could be there tonight. I mean, after all, we're going to his hometown." She replies with "Who?" You say "You know who." Then she says "Oh, right. How would you feel if I asked this guy who works with me to go with you? He's worked as a bodyguard before. He's like The Rock of body guards and he has a soft spot for BVB. Plus, he already said yes..." You reply with "I don't know if I need THAT much protection but maybe." You sigh and text back "I guess. Thanks. I love you <3" She replies with "I love you too, boo. <3"

As it gets closer to time, you head out for a bit. You head to the gym and workout, grab some coffee and obviously, buy a new outfit. A few hours have passed and you head back home. As you park in your drive way and head to the front door, you see a fruit basket sitting in front of you door. You bust out laughing knowing exactly who it's from. You say with a smile "You always know how to make me laugh" You begin to read the note attached and it says "I really am sorry about tonight. I wouldn't have someone go with you if I knew they couldn't protect you. Jason knows how important you are to me and he knows to guard you with his life. I'm really sorry, so I got you fruit. You're a health nut so I know they won't last long. I've loved you for 16 years and I'll love you for a million more. Please be safe tonight and text me when you can. <3" You can't help but smile and say "aww" and text her "Thanks for the fruit basket!"

You spend some time to yourself to shower, paint and read. Then the time has finally come to get ready for one of the best nights of your life. You put on your makeup, style your hair to a sexy messy look, throw on a BVB shirt, leather pants, platform heels and your best leather jacket. Now that you're dressed like Taylor Momsen, you're ready to go. You head to your car and drive to the venue. Once you arrive, you wait for Jason, which you have no idea what he looks like. About 5 minutes later a tall and giant man knocks on your window. It startles you at first then you roll down the window. Jason: "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you. Are you (y/n)?" He asks in a soft voice. You say "Yeah, how did you know? Wait, Elizabeth told you what car I'd be driving, didn't she?" Jason: "Yeah, she did actually. You know her pretty well." You step out of the car and realize how much of a giant Jason is. You guys walk up to the venue, give the front man your tickets and you head inside, managing to get front row. I guess people were scared of Jason. You both smile out of excitement as the lights dim down and you hear a familiar voice. Andy: "San Diego, how the fuck are we doing?" The entire room fills with a roar of screaming fans. Andy: "That's what I like to hear" The lights brighten and the full band is on stage. You scream out of excitement as they begin to play. They blast through Heart of Fire, The Outsider, Heaven's Calling, All Your Hate, Beautiful Remains, all of their best hits and most loved songs.

Sadly you reach the end of the show and BVB walks off stage to head outback for a smoke break. Unfortunately there was no band meet or signing at this show simply because they had to leave soon after. You and Jason walk out back to head to your cars, not realizing your were in the path way of meeting CC. You look down to text Elizabeth and accidentally run into him. You: "Oh my god! I am so sorry" You say as you pick up your phone. You then say "I'm so embarrassed. I wasn't paying attention. I am so sorry." Your face turns bright red and you face palm. You're so embarrassed you couldn't look in the eyes of anyone there. CC chuckles and says "Hey, it's okay. I'm kind of hard to see, ya know, cause I'm so skinny. Your phone seems to be alright though. As long as it isn't hurt, you're good." You laugh a bit and say "Yeah. I guess that's true." CC asks "Where did you guys come from? Are you locals?" You say "I'm actually from Oceanside" Jason says "I'm from Santee" You chime in with "I guess we're kind of locals but maybe not really." CC says "Nice, I was born in LA. Anyways, is he your body guard?" You say "No, well, kind of." CC jokingly asks "Are you famous? Or an undercover spy?" He laughs. You and Jason laugh and Jason says "I'm here to protect her and to enjoy the show. You guys were awesome, I'm such a fan." CC smiles and says "Thanks big guy! I didn't get your names." You say "I'm (y/n)" and Jason says "Jason" CC says "Well (y/n) and Jason, would you guys want to hang out on the bus with me before we leave? I think we have half an hour and you guys seem alright." You say "Oh, sure. Thank you." Jason quickly agrees and you both follow CC to the bus. Little did you know, your night was about to be hit with the biggest curve ball of your life.

As you approach the bus you spot Jake outside texting. He looks up, smiles and waves at you guys. You both smile and wave back. CC opens the door for you, you get in first and then Jason. You stop to meet Jinxx and when he moves, you see your biggest nightmare sitting on the couch talking to Andy. Your eyes widen, your heart starts pounding, then the moment he looks you in the eyes, smiles and says "Hi (y/n). What a surprise. I haven't seen you in years." You start hyperventilating, you slowly begin to walk backwards, not breaking eye contact with him. Your breathing becomes shorter. Both CC and Jason ask if you're okay while everyone on the bus is staring at you. You say without breaking eye contact "Get me off this bus" Jason and CC walk you off, Jake follows and they all ask if you're okay. You're freaking out, crying, short of breath, and light headed. You sit down on the curb and the guys sit with you. Jake asks "Are you okay? Do you need some water?" Your short of breath self says "No. Thank you though." You begin to calm yourself down as CC gets you a tissue from the bus. Jason not knowing how to react rubs your back and asks if you need anything. You say no then he asks what happened. CC gives you some tissues and you wipes away your tears. You say "I honestly didn't think he would be here. I haven't seen him in 3 years." Jake says "Who?" CC says "I think it was Greg. The guy Andy was talking to. You know him?" You say "I wish I didn't." CC says "Is that why you have a body guard?" You say "Yeah. my best friend, Elizabeth, couldn't come with me. So she sent a guy who would and one who could protect me if Greg tried to hurt me again." Jake looks confused at CC and says "Again? We've known him for 5 years. He wouldn't hurt anyone." You say "That's far from true. My mother was dating him for a while, after some time, he began mentally and emotionally abuse us. He even psychically abused her and he sexually assaulted me. I had just turned 18 when he did it. I've never been the same since. I had nightmares night after night and I was too scared to let anyone go near, yet alone touch me. I felt dirty for years. I still can't get that feeling off me" You begin to cry again and the guys comfort you. Jake says "He always did seem a bit sketchy." CC says "Honestly, I felt like I could trust him but in the back of my mind, there was something I didn't like." CC and Jake walk on the bus to talk to him and Jason sits next to you and lets you cry it out.

CC says "Greg, a word." Greg sets down his guitar and walks over to CC and Jake. Andy, Ashley and Jinxx begin to see them arguing back and forth when suddenly they hear Greg say "She always was so pretty when she was a minor but her mother was disgusting" CC shouts "You're disgusting! Get off the bus! If you ever contact us again, we'll contact our lawyer." Greg walks off the bus, smiling and says "May God be with you. You've always made me fear for my safety." He turns and sees you. Then says "Oh, (y/n) How have you been?" He says with that vile smile you couldn't get out of your head. Jason stands up with his arms crossed and towers over him, with a huge height difference between them. You hide behind Jason in fear, grabbing on the back of his shirt. Greg says "Oh, stop it (y/n). You know I can read between the lines. I know you're doing this just to get my attention." Jason sharply says "Back off." Greg says back "I have the power of God with me. You won't do anything." Suddenly the Police arrive and they instruct Greg to leave the area. He backs off and calls everyone there Sinners. CC walks off the bus and calls you both on there. You say while wiping away your tears "Look, I'm really sorry about what happened tonight but I think I'm going to go home." You get interrupted by Jake and he says "What happened wasn't your fault. It was bad timing. Come back on the bus. You need to be with people. Sitting alone in your thoughts, especially over what just happened, won't do you any good." He extends his arm out and asks for your hand. You take his hand and walk back on the bus with them.

Ashley sees you walk up and grabs a bottle of water for you. You take it and say "Thank you" with a smile. He smiles back and says "Any time." You sit down on the couch and Andy asks if you're alright. You put your head in your hands and say "I thought it was scary when he first assaulted me, but that, that right there, I've never been so scared before." Ashley frowns and says "She needs a group hug." Ashley asks for your hand, pulls you in for a hug and everyone hugs you with Jason being on the outside of the hug since he's too tall. You smile taking in everyone's warmth and the atmosphere around you. You begin to feel at ease. Everyone pulls away and you smile at them all then say to Jason, "Thank you for being here tonight. I'm glad you came" You both smile and you hug him. He warmly says "You're welcome" and hugs you tighter.

You suddenly remember the guys had to leave in half an hour and you quickly realized it had been an hour and a half. You say "Oh shit, you guys were suppose to leave an hour ago. I'm so sorry! We should get going." Jinxx stops you and says "We don't anymore. We canceled our morning interview and shoot" You're in shock and you say "I hope you didn't do that because of me. I feel so bad." Andy says "Don't. We care about our fans more than anything in the world." Jake says "Our fans come first and right now, you need your friends." You smile than say "You're all so sweet but my best friend couldn't come nor can she be here tonight." Jinxx asks, "How long have you been friends?" You say "16 years. I've known her since 1st grade. Literally. She's my everything." The guys smile and Ashley says "Well, now you've got new friends." You smile and they all give you a hug. You say to them "Thank you. You're all amazing. I know you hear that a lot but you truly are. You guys help so many people and you're there for so many. You're all a blessing. I love you guys." Andy smiles and says "We love you too." He looks at Jason "Jason, right? Would you like to work for us? As another body guard? You're a pretty giant and scary man. I feel like having you around would make us feel better and would also give (y/n) a reason to come see us." Andy smiles over to you and Jason smiles happily and says in a soft tone "Yes, sir. I'd love to." Andy smiles and says "That's amazing because I really don't want to be kidnapped by a man in a poncho again."

 Imagine:  You're back stage after a concert and you are lost. You start to go into panic attack mode from you anxiety and stop leaning against a wall. You slide down and sit on the ground putting you head between your knees and take in deep breaths trying to calm yourself. That's when you feel a hand on your shoulder. You look up to see Jake looking a you concerned. "Are alright?" He asked. You shook your head and explained that you were lost and needed help getting out of the venue. He laughed a little bit. "Yeah, this place is pretty big. Why don't I buy you a cup of coffee to calm your nerves." He said. You smiled happily at the idea and nodded standing up and following Jake back down the hallway that you had come from.

"Hey Babe" You shout as your boyfriend Andy enters the house. All you earn in reply is a grunt, you hear him walk upstairs and quickly follow. "Andy what’s up?" “Do you really want to know what’s up Y/N!?” He shouts suddenly and you flinch. “I saw a photo of you fucking kissing someone else today. Even better it was one of my best friends” “I never kissed anyone else someone probably photo shopped it to piss you off” You shout back angrily. “Piss off Y/N” He growls and walks out You follow him. You hate arguing with him, he is your soul mate and your only love. You could never cheat on him but Andy gets jealous enough let alone seeing a picture of me kissing someone. “Who the fuck was I kissing then” “You fucking know who you were kissing Y/N. Ashley you fucking kissed Ashley” You and Ashley were like best friends you spent a lot of time together but you would never cheat with him. You couldn’t even think of him sexually let alone do anything “No I fucking didn’t we wouldn’t do that to you for fucks sake” You scream back “Your such a fucking liar Y/N. My fans wouldn’t make up shit like this to drive us apart” “No your true fucking fans wouldn’t but 16 year olds that think your the most attractive man in the fucking world would and you fucking know it” Andy walks out and you just sit on the bed and cry. You havent fought like this before and you were scared you and Andy were through. 12 hours ago he had been kissing you goodbye and saying how much he loves you and now what? You grab your phone off the side and pull up twitter, the first thing that comes up is a picture of you and Ashley kissing. You were tagged in it and there was a comment ‘Knew it the stupid whore’ That’s all it takes for you to fall to the bed sobbing “Y/N please don’t cry I’m sorry we can get through this. I love you I don’t want it to be over, I don’t know we can call Ashley and talk about what were going to do. It might be best if he leaves the band” You look up and Andy is standing by the bed his face full of fear and regret. “But you won’t listen to me! We haven’t done anything I would never cheat on you I love you!!” “Then why would someone make this!?” You pull up twitter on your phone and show him the things people had been saying about you. “Babe none of that is true. They’re just jealous” “Exactly they hate me that’s why they made it” “You can’t prove that though unless someone says” “Fucks sake Andy what do you want me to do lie and say I made out with one of your best mates!?” “What’s the chance of it being a lie Y/N” He snarls back and you glare at him “Fuck off Andy I don’t want to be near you right now” “Fine I’ll fucking leave” He raises his hand suddenly and you flinch back immediately curling into a ball to protect yourself. Then its all silent for a minute, you dare to look up and see Andy sitting on the bed away from you shaking like a leaf. “Andy?” You murmer and move towards him “I’m so sorry” He cries and starts shaking more “I would never hurt you. I would rather call the police on myself I would never hurt you. I love you” “I love you too Andy I swear I didn’t do anything with Ashley and I know you wouldn’t hurt me it was just the moment I guess” He turns around and hugs you, burying his face in your hair “I’m so sorry, I’m so so so sorry” He repeats. “I love you so much Andy” “I love you more Y/N" You both fall back on the bed and you curl up in his arms feeling safe finally
