On today’s walk I came to the realization I do a really good job of taking care of others but it’s time to take care of myself, not by buying myself thing but by getting my mind and physically body back to where it needs to I am constantly batteling with my self every other month in falling into bad habits. I want to break that cycle and be consistent!!
