Uhhh hi! This is just me reusing a few drawing ideas I had in like 2018 or so - starting with this one, "Decorative Leftovers".

The ideas were for this thing I called "Inky-Goretober", it didn't last long, probably because I was just making prompts for myself as I went, but those prompts I made were pretty interesting - so I thought I'd take another shot at them in 2022!

Posting this here rather than the TEoS blog cause I anticipate that not all of the re-approches to the Inky-Goretober series will be connected to TEoS lol

Festival Preparations

The flames from the candles dotted about the walls swayed along to the quick movements of excited civilians below, which sparked life into the chaotic noblewoman known as Rojo Sendrir. But despite her drive, she did not move with her people, as they were held in place by her beloved girlfriend, Black Widow, the Dark Queen.

“Stand still, Sen… I’m not finished with your dress...!” Widow demanded. 

“It’s done enough for me to wear it, correct?” Sendrir argued, trying to escape their lover’s grasp.

“But the tail is incomplete! You mustn’t go out among our people with an incomplete tail…!” Widow argued back.

“And how many times has Doom gone out in that same beaten-up, thousands-of-years-old robe he’s always worn?” Sendrir questioned.

“I keep offering to make him a new robe, but he always refuses it…” Widow admitted, slumping slightly in her stance.

With Widow’s grip on them loosened, Sendrir rushed out to the railing of the castle.

“Speak of the Devil!” She suddenly shouted, looking out into the comet’s pathways and locking her gaze upon the aforementioned Dark Lord.

They looked up at her, hearing the sudden outburst, and simply blew a kiss that was to be delivered to both her and Widow, who was scrambling to keep it’s hold on the dress.

“Sendrir!” Widow shouted, annoyed with her lover’s antics. It caused a slight chill to go down Sendrir’s spine, as it was uncommon for Widow to call out to them by full name. “You almost caused me to mess up the tail! What is up with you tonight??” She asked. 

Sendrir paused for a moment, thinking of how to respond.

“I’m sorry Widow honey… I just got all excited when I saw ol’ Doomie going by- “

“Doomie came by??? Why didn’t you tell me???” Widow suddenly yelled, racing to the railing much like Sendrir had before. Sendrir rolled her eyes, knowing that something like that was bound to occur.

“He blew me a kiss when they noticed me, but I’m wondering how we’re supposed to split a kiss between the two of us.” Sendrir mentioned nonchalantly, intentionally getting their girlfriend riled up.

“Well in that case, let’s get this dress of yours finished immediately so I may politely ask him for a full kiss for each of us!” Widow declared with far more energy in her voice than it usually had. 

Sendrir tended to have that kind of effect on people.
