No words for how gratifying this afternoon was. It was the first gorgeous weekend of the year and I was bracing for a tepid turnout, but instead got 40 people on the mats at GB Kirkland, making my first seminar in the Seattle area the biggest one I've ever done! I really wanted to hit this one out of the park, so I can't thank everyone enough for giving me the opportunity to share ITT's BJJ concepts. People came from several academies, from as far away as Port Angeles and even Seaside Oregon! I was so eager to leave a good impression I actually managed to deliver the entire seminar without swearing even once, though I dropped a Chuck Norris "Invasion USA" reference that hopefully made up for the lack of cussing. Enormous, collosal thanks to Troy for making this happen, and to Cindy and Dave for hosting me at their beautiful academy!
