Thank you Bits & Pretzels ( @bitsandpretzels ) , Andy Bruckschloegl ( @andy_bruckschloegl ) , Felix Haas( @pilothaas ) and Bernd Storm Vans' Gravesande ( @berndstorm ) Bernd for this recognition. Not to sound like a broken record, but, out of 7-8 conferences I've attended this year, since I got stuck in India, as the pandemic hit, #bits20 was by far the best. I was crazy thrilled by the energy, a ton of innovation, social impact, collaboration, kindness doing multiversal ( ;) ) spirals, throughout the networking week, truly living and breathing the 'From founders, for founders' spirit. I met a mix of Founders / Executives / Coaches (at different stages in their entrepreneurial journeys) and a few value investors. About 100-ish through the Founder's Roulette, others through the chat, table captain sessions and masterclasses. Two amazing Table Captains Zarah bruhn (@zarah_bruhn ) & Anne Kjaer Bathel ( @anne_kjaer_bathel ) , truly inspiring stories and invaluable impact, keep soaring and making this world a great place. Much love and respect for all of you, the attendees, the organizers, our hosts Dan Ram ( @iamdanram ) , Britta Weddeling ( @britta_weddeling ), the production, post production, events and support team, the guests, all of you are amazing. Let's say you have this quench to become an entrepreneur, establish a startup or start a business. You've grown all these years in a certain domain function, could be automotive, finance, technology, marketing, general management. However, despite feeling ready, you don't have clarity on what would be your business about? What product your start-up shall build? May be it's a unique and personalized service? But, what is it? Let's also say someone happens to reach out to you because of your expertise, and they're seeking collaboration. Essentially, they want you to either be a founder, an advisor or take on a board or a Leadership position. How would you approach it? If you find yourself looking for more information, that's perfect, that also shows you're interested. But, if you find yourself finicky on requesting a documentation? In the first conversation, take a step back. Doesn't seem like you are excited. If ever you do get excited about an idea/collaboration, seek to gain more understanding by having a conversation, conversations help you explore and establish more chemistry, with someone who may become an awesome co-founder/employer/client.
