На всякий случай, чтобы не запутать читателя, сразу обозначу, что в данной статье речь пойдёт не о конструкторах сайтов вроде Tilda или Wix (Их часто путают и тоже называют CMS. О них я напишу чуть позже в другой статье). Здесь поговорим только про профессиональные лучшие CMS для создания сайтов и о том, какую CMS выбрать для своего проекта. Весь материал пишу на основе личного опыта!
Типы CMS
Важно сказать пару слов про типы CMS, чтобы дальше было понятно, о чём идёт речь. CMS делятся на: - универсальные и специализированные, - платные и бесплатные. Универсальные CMS подходят для создания сайта любой тематики. А специализированные предназначены для конкретных целей. Например, для создания только интернет-магазинов или только для новостных порталов.
Бесплатные CMS для сайта
Самые популярные бесплатные CMS для сайта в порядке приоритета. WordPress. Самая популярная универсальная CMS на сегодняшний день. Под WordPress разработано огромное количество готовых шаблонов. Кроме этого сайты на WordPress замечательно продвигаются в поисковиках. Создать можно абсолютно любой сайт. Причём, если купить специальный хости��г для WordPress, то установку и настройку админки выполнит техническая поддержка хостинга. А вам останется лишь выбрать шаблон и заполнить страницы готового сайта подходящим контентом.

Личный кабинет пользователя простой и понятный. Однако большинство плагинов и шаблонов - платные. И нет централизованного магазина для покупки всех этих дополнений. Из-за чего резко возрастает риск купить ломанную недоделку. Drupal. Бесплатная CMS для сайта с акцентом на потребности веб-разработчиков. Система совершенно не подойдёт тем, для кого современные информационные технологии - тёмный лес. А также у неё очень неудобная админка. Из-за чего сложно наполнять сайт контентом. MODx. Универсальная бесплатная CMS, которая хорошо подойдёт для разработки небольших сайтов-визиток и интернет-магазинов. Однако данная система целиком и полностью заточена под разработчиков. И удобство админки сайта тоже целиком на прямую зависит от разработчика. Готовых шаблонов для MODx не так уж много. Так что, если у вас нет надёжного знакомого программиста, то рекомендую выбрать другую систему.
Платные CMS
1С-Bitrix. Самый полный набор инструментов для интернет-магазинов любого типа. Очень удобно работать, если поставщики тоже работают в Bitrix. Тогда можно обновлять данные в каталоге напрямую из каталогов поставщиков. Кроме этого, с Bitrix легко интегрируется вся линейка 1С. Благодаря чему любые покупки с сайта сразу будут отображаться в остатках на складе и т.д. Главные недостатки - это цена и очень агрессивный маркетинг! NetCut. Платная CMS для создания сайтов, крупных новостных порталов и интернет-магазинов любой категории сложности. Есть все необходимые интеграции с платёжными системами, службами доставки, маркетплейсом и продуктами 1С Предприятие.
Самописные CMS
Самописные CMS - это такие, которые не используются повсеместно. Этот тип CMS пишут под себя отдельно взятые программисты или даже целые веб-студии. Суть в том, что с такой CMS вам будет очень трудно заменить подрядчика. Если вам что-то не понравится или вы просто найдёте исполнителя на более выгодных условиях, то, скорее всего, вам придётся оплачивать создание сайта заново. Так как никто больше, кроме этого создателя, грубо говоря, не сможет или не захочет работать с какой-то там чужой малознакомой разработкой. CMS.S3. Самописная CMS от агентства MegaGroup. Из плюсов: интеграция с маркетплейсами и встроенная CRM. Минусы: ежемесячные платежи, подойдёт только для малого бизнеса, нестандартный функционал создать не получится. Либо он будет стоить заоблачных денег.

Чтобы ответить на вопрос о том, как выбрать CMS для сайта, давайте разберёмся с критериями выбора, на которые стоит опираться. Для статейного сайта нет ничего лучше, чем WordPress. На втором месте Joomla. О том, какую CMS выбрать для интернет-магазина, написала чуть ниже. Но если в 2-х словах, то чаще всего выбирают между Bitrix и OpenCart. Стоимость лицензии. Из всего списка платная лицензия только у Bitrix. За неё имеет смысл платить только если у вас несколько тысяч и более позиций в магазине, вам нужна интеграция с 1C - Предприятием и большинство ваших поставщиков тоже сидят на Bitrix. Шаблоны и плагины. WordPress, Joomla, MODx и Drupal имеют огромное количество бесплатных дополнений и расширений. Благодяря им эти CMS становятся очень гибкими и легко подстраиваются почти под любые нужды. Однако, кроме этого, я бы ещё учитывала размер сообщества разработчиков под каждую из систем. Чем больше программистов, тем больше важных полезностей они создают и тем больше у вас возможностей задёшево получить нужный функционал. Для сравнения, в OpenCart, хоть это и бесплатная CMS, почти все дополнения и шаблоны - плат��ые. Ну и про Bitrix даже говорить нечего - это на все 100% коммерческая система. Стоимость разработки. Например, разработка сайта на Drupal или MODx обойдётся дороже, чем на других системах. Разработка и поддержка сайтов на Bitrix тоже стоит дорого. Но здесь дополнительно ежегодно придётся оплачивать довольно дорогостоящую лицензию. Дешевле всего обойдётся разработка сайта в CMS WordPress или Joomla. Выбор и стоимость хостинга. Хостинг для WordPress, Joomla и MODx будут стоить дешевле всего. Под OpenCart или Bitrix иногда даже покупают виртуальный сервер, а не хостинг. Ведь магазины всегда занимают больше места. Из всего списка Bitrix - самая "тяжёлая". Даже без товарного каталога её файлы займут на дисках более 1 Гб места.
Какую CMS выбрать для интернет-магазина
Когда я помогаю клиентам решить, какую CMS выбрать для интернет-магазина, то учитываю ряд факторов: - Ниша бизнеса и примерное количество товарных позиций; - Какой планируется рост - только розница или опт тоже, собственник собирается работать самостоятельно или будет нанимать сотрудников и т. д. - Это будет временный сайт с целью исследовать спрос или постоянный и навсегда; - Обсуждаем функционал, какая из систем с большего попадает в рамки необходимых возможностей Некоторые системы CMS предполагают наличие более глубоких технических знаний и умение быстро усваивать новую информацию. Другие - смогут использовать даже дети. В зависимости от всех этих факторов выбор чаще всего происходит между системами Bitrix, OpenCart, WordPress. Ну и все же стоит упомянуть Tilda. Иногда целесообразно Иногда для очень маленьких магазинов использую конструктор Tilda или TimeWeb.
