heii i feel bad that u have feel like that for the past couple of days or so ): one thing i cld say to u is that u possibly should take ur time off socmeds that u frequently use n have more time reconnecting n spending time to urself‼️while it may not seem like it at first its better to get some screentime off for some weeks wishing u to get well soon -🫙

oh YEAH definitely. happened just a few days ago, actually. its made me feel suuper weird for the past couple of days and ive already got a LOT on my plate.. i dont need any more of this added to my pile 😭 nyway, to answer your question.. i don’t know! what /i/ usually do is to just busy myself with other things, but that isnt really the healthiest thing in the world so dont listen to me LOL. sorry if you were looking for actual advice, cant give you much of that unfortunately!
