❝ i love you. nothing’s going to change that. you’re stuck with me. ❞ from Bea
Henry seemed... uncertain. He sat there, in Bea's room, passive and frowning as he tried ti figure out his own thoughts. "When grandmother finds out... as if she doesn't already know..." Ugh. He shook the thought away with a physical shake of his head. "You're my favorite, you know... to lose you would be..." He paused again, trying to find the proper word to describe the agony that would come with it, only to shake his head numbly. There weren't words to describe the absolute agony and how terrible it would be... and yet, of all the people in Kensington Palace, it was Bea he trusted the most. "B-Bea... Bea, I'm gay. And I don't know what to do."

God, everything was so hard now. He didn't know if he would have told his dad about his... proclivities... but somehow, just having him around would make things better, but no. He was gone, and everything had changed and he had been lonely with no one to help him and... He looked up when Bea grabbed his hand, having to fight back the feral urge to pull her into a soul-crushing hug. But the gentle squeeze was nice. "Isn't that always what people say before they do leave again?" He hated to doubt his sister, but Henry couldn't help but be skeptical; he felt like he had to be skeptical of everything nowadays... even his favorite. But when she pulled him into a hug, he didn't hesitate to wrap his arms all the way around her, too, hiding his terrified face against her neck as he sat there, shaking. But then she let go and he had to show her how scared he was.... how he was shaking... "I miss dad, Bea... I miss him so much, and everything is just wrong and-" And he cut himself off because he didn't know what else to say.
