A couple of days ago I watched Tabi's newest video, and I was thinking “Oh this Tabi is sooo different from her Pvpciv counterpart. Wouldn’t it be funny if she would meet Pvpciv Evbo?”

So I wrote a short fic with them, and now I’m obsessed.

The more I think about them, the more I see parallels between them: Like they both grew up in a society that thrives on the kill or be killed mentality.

They both get bullied by the people around them for being different. Tabi doesn't have superpowers, and Evbo is the chosen one. (Evbo got tortured both physically and mentally, while in Tabi's case it seems more mentally. Like there is this guy who always talks her down, tries to steal her hard-earned emeralds and I would be surprised if he would try to kill her as well. She is lucky that the rules forbid that one.)

Because of this, they both probably incredibly traumatized. They just cope differently. Like, Evbo got the “toxic positive mindset” and Tabi has “It will be worth it in the end if I get answers to my questions” kind.

They both need some friends.(I know that technically Tabi has friends, but she left them behind to find her place in the world. So she needs new ones.)

Also, I just think it would be adorable seeing them getting attached to each other/ becoming besties and helping heal each other's trauma. Imagine Evbo teaching her how to wield a sword and Tabi yapping hours about her home because Evbo was asking. There is also a lot of angst potential here.

Over all, they just give a big time pathetic wet cat and even more pathetic wet cat energy. And I love it so much.

Definitely planning to write more stuff with them in the future.
