And with that, p11s down! you'd think with each fight cleared I'd get a bit less emotional about it, but honestly? I just get more emotional. Honestly, I figured I'd drop out after 2 or 3 attempts at p9s, and just be done with it. With some hella bad anxiety, I just kept telling myself it wasn't going to go well, it wasn't going to last long, etc. ad infinitum. But surprise, we took down Kokytos, and suddenly we were an actual static, like a real deal one, too. And now, around a month after starting, we're done with p11s and working to get everybody our BiS. There's just something remarkably fulfilling about challenging hard content and succeeding. You suddenly have to tell yourself, "I can do it. I can do this stuff that felt impossible when I first started."

When I first starting FFXIV, around 2 years ago, (a little over a weak ago was my 2 year anniversary, actually!), I knew that I wanted to try raiding. It felt impossible, but I wanted to! My dream still is to one day clear an Ultimate, but after clearing 3/4ths of this tier, it suddenly feels... possible! It feels like I could do it! So with a huge thank you to my static, and ESPECIALLY big thank yous to @gailiag (who I stole this screenshot from) and @vrenabloom, I'm happy to announce that raid fear has abated, just a bit more than before. If we, meeting up once a week for just a couple hours, can clear these fights than anybody can :^)
