Big Rich and Big Moochie are back at it again!! This week was really a focus on core work again. Big Rich is becoming noticeably stronger in his core. #Team5Mile was short a few members but still managed to get in a great workout. This week provided them the opportunity to apply the training they have learned thus far as Master Mike was away on a much deserved vacation. The summer is heating up and so is the training, next week starts the intense, 3 days per week, Push Beyond Training. We are about 5 months away from the next NWBA season kickoff and the guys plan to be in their best condition ever this year!!

Episode 7 is dedicated to our buddy Matt Ferrie in Iowa. Thank you Charles Bray for connecting us. Matt is a junior in high school and is competing for the first time ever in track. He is ambulatory with crutches, however, utilizes a wheelchair to reduce fatigue and increase speed at school. In this episode Master Mike pushes Big Rich and Big Moochie to complete exhaustion. Follow along their workout and see the successes and failures they experience. Push Beyond is all about facing your challenges and finding a way to get past them.
