god its been forever since i actually watched it but hey. listen to me tf2 fans who like inflicting angst upon everybody's favorite little war criminals, i am talking directly into your ear now. i need you to do me a favor. i need you to go watch Moon (2009 film directed by Duncan Jones) right now. don't look it up beforehand so u don't spoil the twist.

unfortunately i can't tell you why it's relevant to tf2 because doing that would also kind of spoil the movie. anyways its free on Pluto TV (does have ads but i use an adblocker)

1. What poems/songs/scripts do you know by heart?

besides the obvious ones like happy birthday, the pledge of allegiance, and a ton of different songs, i have several of those earlier freecreditreport.com commercial jingles memorized, shakespeare’s sonnet 65, and most of the script for the movie tremors.

2. Name one song that feels like it’s about you.

i’m convinced that icarus by bastille was written for and about me

5. Which household chore do you hate the most?

taking out the trash

6. Is there a ‘gross’ food you actually like? What is it?

this is weird but i love ‘cucumber sandwiches’ as i call them which are made by taking two slices of cucumber and putting some pepperoni slices and ketchup between them

7. How well can you see the stars from your back porch?

not well, as the back patio has a roof over it and there are trees. there’s an open field behind my yard but even there it’s hard to see the stars because i live right outside of both camden and philly so the light pollution is heavy. but every once in a blue moon the sky is clear and the stars are bright and visible and it’s beautiful

8. Name an interest/hobby you’ve acquired from fandom. And tell something about it.

back when i was a superwholock fan, supernatural got me into reading up on angels and both doctor who and sherlock got me using the method of loci for a while

9. If you could choose to be an anime, what would you want to be?

some sort of bird, probably a bird of prey like a hawk

10. Name the very first movie that comes to mind when I say “space.”

guardians of the galaxy which i haven’t actually watched

11. What did/do you want to be when I grow up?

i went through lots of things as a kid: veterinarian, astronomer, video game tester, archaeologist. i still think about veterinary school and also farming/sustainable living, but for the most part when somebody asks what i want to be when i grow up nowadays i just say happy

1. Do you / did you enjoy school? What are / were your favorite and least favorite aspects of it?

i hated school. i like the idea of knowledge and learning, but not school, it was never for me, especially when my mental illnesses began to develop.

2. Do you have a favorite pattern? (polka dots, stripes, plaid, etc)

i’m a flannel lesbian so plaid

3. Describe your fashion style / a typical day’s outfit.

depending on the weather, but in warmer months just athletic shorts and a racer-back tank top or a t-shirt and in colder months i’ll wear leggings or jeans and oversized sweaters

4. Do you procrastinate often?

yes :^)

5. What’s your favorite book that you’ve read in the last year?

i haven’t been reading much the last few years, but milk and honey by rupi kaur was pretty good

6. What are you most looking forward to?

being happy and free someday, but i don’t know if that’ll ever happen for sure

7. How do you feel when people compliment you / put you in the spotlight for your achievements?

goodish but my mom always calls me greedy and selfish so when people do compliment me or put me in the spotlight i immediately feel nothing but guilt and disgust in myself for being “too selfish”

8. When was the last time you did something for yourself?

i always do things for myself

i know y’all are expecting me to say aph prussia which is true but honestly? yang xiao long

absolutely

1. Are you currently saving up to buy a big item?

ideally a car yes, got about 1k in my savings now and i’m looking for jobs now

2. What did you learn today?

that spiders can make really big webs really fast

i have a pounding headache right now and don’t feel like thinking so i’ll just say sometimes

6. Do you plan on taking any trips before the end of 2017?

no plans, but ideally if i get a job soon i’ll try to save up to go on a vacation somewhere by myself in the fall, probably the mountains or the jersey shore

7. School’s starting soon. Are you excited?

no, scared actually. it’s been a few years since i’ve been in an actual school environment (i was homeschooled my last two years of high school because of the severity of my mental illnesses) + i’m starting college so it’s gonna be a brand new campus with a ton of strangers and it feels very overwhelming right now

8. Do you enjoy wearing sweaters?

always my wardrobe is like 90% sweaters. lately i’ve been wearing a big brown wool sweater that’s my mom’s and my friend calls it a kurt cobain sweater

9. Have you made a decision that has had a huge impact on your life, recently?

forcing my parents to let me take my last driving lesson. my road test is tomorrow and hopefully i’ll do good, i need the freedom

10. Any shows you’re obsessed with lately?

not really, i don’t watch much tv or even anything online. every once in a while i’ll sit and watch an episode or two of ghost adventures though

11. What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning?

this is a good question but most days i have no idea
