[ad_1] Paromita Das GG News Bureau New Delhi, 25th Dec. The Maha Kumbh Mela, scheduled for 2025 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, promises to be an unparalleled event, blending ancient traditions with cutting-edge modernity. More than just a religious gathering, it will serve as a convergence of spirituality, culture, commerce, and global diplomacy, with significant economic, social, and cultural ramifications for the region. This global festival will not only attract millions of pilgrims and tourists but also create lasting infrastructure, employment opportunities, and international recognition for Uttar Pradesh. A Sacred Gathering with Unprecedented Scale The Maha Kumbh Mela has historically been a hub for both spiritual rituals and socialization, drawing millions of devotees from across Bharat and the world. The upcoming 2025 event is expected to attract an astounding 45 crore visitors, setting the stage for a monumental cultural and religious experience. The scale of the event will provide substantial economic benefits to the region, with a surge in trade, employment, and tourism. Local businesses, regional handicrafts, and cultural arts are set to gain global visibility, making the Mela a key event for Bharat’s tourism and cultural diplomacy. The Role of Government Leadership in Shaping the Future From its early preparations in 2022, the Uttar Pradesh government, under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has focused on ensuring the success of Maha Kumbh 2025. Alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi, CM Yogi has been instrumental in inaugurating projects aimed at making the Mela not just a religious congregation but a world-class event. The two leaders have personally overseen the development of infrastructure and projects that will elevate the status of the Mela globally. Their joint efforts highlight the significant importance they place on ensuring that this event goes beyond mere religious significance to become a beacon of Bharat’s cultural and spiritual identity. Massive Infrastructure Overhaul for Global Recognition With over 500 infrastructure projects planned, totaling an investment of Rs 6,382 crore, the Uttar Pradesh government is ensuring that Prayagraj is fully equipped to handle the massive influx of pilgrims and tourists. The city’s development plans include widening roads, constructing temporary bridges, and modernizing public transport to ease connectivity. The city’s appearance will also undergo a transformation, with Rs 60 crore allocated to beautify important landmarks, including murals, sculptures, and landscaping, all designed to convey the spiritual heritage of the region. Additionally, special arrangements are being made for accommodation, with over 2,000 Swiss cottage-style tents providing premium facilities for devotees. The Uttar Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation is overseeing the creation of a luxury tent city, complete with international-standard amenities. These efforts will ensure that visitors have a comfortable stay, fostering both spiritual fulfillment and tourism. Empowering Local Communities and Fostering Economic Growth The Maha Kumbh Mela is poised to become a major driver of employment and self-reliance for the local population. It is estimated that 45,000 families will benefit directly from the event, with thousands more engaged in skill development programs. The government’s tourism policy, introduced in 2022, focuses on creating a workforce of skilled service providers who will play an essential role in making the event a success. Local products and industries will also be promoted internationally under the “Vocal for Local” initiative, with products from districts like Banaras, Moradabad, and Gorakhpur gaining global recognition. An Inclusive Cultural Showcase The event’s cultural and religious significance will be amplified through the “Vocal for Local” initiative, which will spotlight the rich diversity of Uttar Pradesh’s handicrafts. Local artisans, small businesses, and service
providers have undergone training to meet the high standards required for such a globally important event. The focus on local culture and products will not only elevate the profile of Uttar Pradesh’s heritage but also enhance the local economy by expanding markets for traditional goods. A Global Gathering with International Appeal The 2025 Maha Kumbh Mela is expected to attract tourists from across the world, including large delegations from Europe, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries. The influx of foreign visitors will bring substantial foreign exchange and will bolster the profile of Bharat’s tourism sector. The Uttar Pradesh government’s efforts to create a religious corridor, with special trains linking Prayagraj to other sacred destinations like Varanasi, Ayodhya, and Mathura, will make the event even more accessible to pilgrims and tourists alike. A New Era for Uttar Pradesh’s Global Influence The 2025 Maha Kumbh Mela will not only be a celebration of faith but also a transformative event for Uttar Pradesh’s infrastructure, economy, and global standing. Under the leadership of CM Yogi Adityanath and PM Modi, the event promises to be an unprecedented showcase of Bharat’s spiritual heritage and modern development. With significant investments in infrastructure, local empowerment, and global promotion, the Maha Kumbh will redefine Bharat’s position on the world stage, making Prayagraj a symbol of both cultural legacy and modern progress.   The post Prayagraj’s Maha Kumbh 2025: Transforming a Sacred Gathering into a Global Spectacle appeared first on Global Governance News- Asia's First Bilingual News portal for Global News and Updates. Bharat - The name changer of India
We all have a habit of saying "I love my India", "India is my country, all Indians are my brother ...", "India is one of the fastest growing countries", "Indian economy ", "The gateway of India ", "India gate" etc. Seeing current condition we must make change to the word India and do replace it with the word Bharat.
Considering today's scenario, time has changed. The ruling party has given the order to replace the word "India" with the word "Bharat" in each and everywhere it is to be used . The opposition party is strongly opposed when it is used as "The parliament of Bharat" and "The president of Bharat". It is used without passing the bill. It all starts when the opposition makes an alliance and named the party "India". Though it is not new to our country as the chief minister of uttar pradesh has already changed the name of many veteran cities to the new ones like Allahabad to prayagraj, mugalsarai to Deen Dayal Upadhyaya railway station, Faizabad district as Ayodhya, jhansi railway station as veerangana laxmibai railway station etc. Apart from this, Bombay changed to Mumbai, uttranchal to uttrakhand, Madras to Chennai, Benaras to Varanasi and the list goes on. Let's be prepared to call Bharat instead of India. The one line which we all have a habit from childhood to say to our country is "Mera Bharat Mahaan"

DAY 5437
Jalsa, Mumbai               Jan 3,  2023                Tue 11:36 PM
A day of considerations .. with the self and with the conditions that prevail .. to be generous , gregarious and understanding .. for peace to prevail .. for associations to not suffer from striving their way to the dust bin of life ..
It pays and by the end of the evening the decks have cleared and the motives of the past and the present sit by the side of the bed consoling the temperature d warm by the iced cold bandages for the bringing down of its numbers ..
There is a discovery among all this that is quite uncontrollable .. the amount of left overs that abound about , are in sincere deep distress ..
Too much for too little need .. much needs to be given thought for the riddance .. and that shall bring the temperature down .. no need for the cold compress ..
An education in the process of its bearing and the need to rapidly settle matters in knowing what and where is where , indeed ..
Some technical matters were looked into and the process of readjusting the viewing material is taking some decision making .. it shall be done eventually .. bt till then it is a matter of some anxiety and thought ..
There is so much to learn and listen and read .. to see practically what the rest of the World is up to and doing .. to find yourself in need of so much knowledge .. it becomes frightening ..
at times it endorses the idea that these inventions and modern day processes be left alone .. eventually humans shall be replaced .. and the nature to be guided by a robot or a pre programmed machine ..
AVATAR, the water matter was seen and many differing opinions came about ..
Many felt its length was too long and others could not wait till the end .. but failed , I think to understand the philosophy behind the story ..
DO NOT MESS WITH NATURE .. FOR IT SHALL TAKE ITS REVENGE  !!
the Lion shall ever remember the thorn that Androcles removed from his paw in pain .. and come to its rescue when in distress ..
So too the wild of the water Oceans .. so too the fact that WATER be the most important element of our existence ..
We were born in water and shall be brought to an end in water too ..

[ad_1] Paromita Das GG News Bureau New Delhi, 25th Dec. On December 25, Bharat comes together to commemorate the birth anniversary of one of its most revered freedom fighters, educationists, and social reformers, Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya. This day, significant in many ways, celebrates the life and contributions of a visionary whose dedication to the nation’s progress has left an indelible mark on Bharatiya history. From founding the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) to advocating for social justice, self-reliance, and national pride, Malaviya’s legacy continues to inspire generations. Early Life and Humble Beginnings Born on December 25, 1861, in Prayagraj (then Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, Malaviya hailed from a modest family. His father, Pandit Brajnath, was devoted to the dissemination of spiritual knowledge, while his mother played a critical role in supporting Malaviya’s education, even mortgaging her bangles to finance it. These humble beginnings instilled in Malaviya a deep sense of empathy and an unwavering resolve to contribute to society. Initiated into Sanskrit education at the tender age of five, Malaviya became fluent in Sanskrit and English, a dual skill that would later serve him well in his endeavors. Despite financial challenges, he graduated from Calcutta University in 1884 and began his career as a teacher in Allahabad. His journey into public life commenced soon after, marked by a stirring speech at the second session of the Indian National Congress in 1886. A Life of Principles and Integrity Malaviya’s life was guided by principles, as seen in his brief stint as the editor of Hindustan, a newspaper owned by Raja Rampal Singh of Kalakankar. Malaviya resigned when the Raja failed to honor his promise of refraining from speaking to him while intoxicated. This adherence to ethics became a defining feature of his career, including his work as a lawyer. After earning his law degree in 1891, Malaviya practiced in Allahabad High Court, quickly earning a reputation as an advocate for justice. Refusing to take wrongful cases, he often represented the poor without charge. His moral compass and dedication to fairness made him one of the most respected lawyers of his time. The Torchbearer of Journalism Malaviya’s contributions to journalism were as significant as his legal and political endeavors. Believing in the power of media to awaken national consciousness, he launched the Hindi weekly Abhyudaya in 1907, later transforming it into a daily in 1915. He also founded the English daily Leader in 1909, which became a platform for nationalist ideas. As chairman of the board of directors for Hindustan Times from 1924 to 1946, Malaviya played a pivotal role in shaping journalism as a tool for social and political reform. A Visionary for Education: The Founding of BHU Perhaps Malaviya’s most celebrated legacy is the establishment of Banaras Hindu University (BHU), a premier institution combining ancient Bharatiya traditions with modern education. Founded in 1916, BHU became a beacon of learning and national pride. Malaviya’s tireless efforts included traveling across Bharat to raise funds, even auctioning a shoe mockingly offered by the Nizam of Hyderabad, turning the gesture into a triumph of determination. BHU stands today as a testament to Malaviya’s vision of holistic education—rooted in culture yet aligned with global advancements. His dream of creating a self-reliant Bharat began with empowering its youth through knowledge. A Political Luminary and Champion of Nationalism Malaviya’s role in the Indian National Congress was pivotal. Serving as Congress President four times (1909, 1918, 1930, and 1932), he skillfully bridged the ideological gap between moderates like Gopal Krishna Gokhale and extremists like Bal Gangadhar Tilak. Mahatma Gandhi, who admired Malaviya’s clarity and principles, affectionately referred to him as Mahamana, meaning “great soul.” Despite ideological differences, Gandhi and Malaviya shared mutual respect.
Malaviya participated in the Civil Disobedience Movement and Salt Satyagraha, enduring arrests for his activism. However, he also stood firm in his beliefs, resigning from the Congress in 1934 over its decision to participate in elections held on communal lines, subsequently forming the Congress National Party. Advocate for Justice and Defender of the Oppressed Even after retiring from law, Malaviya returned to the courtroom to defend the accused in the Chauri-Chaura incident and the Kakori conspiracy case. His efforts to secure justice for revolutionaries and ordinary citizens alike showcased his unflinching commitment to fairness. Promoter of Swadeshi and Hindu Identity Malaviya was a staunch advocate of self-reliance, founding the All-India Swadeshi Sangh in 1932 to promote indigenous goods and reduce dependence on foreign imports. A devout Hindu, he also worked to preserve and propagate Hindu culture, often engaging in reconversion efforts and promoting spiritual values. A Legacy of Inspiration Madan Mohan Malaviya passed away on November 12, 1946, at the age of 84. His life’s work continues to resonate through the institutions he built, the values he upheld, and the principles he lived by. In 2014, he was posthumously awarded the Bharat Ratna, Bharat’s highest civilian honor, recognizing his contributions to the nation. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru once described Malaviya as a pillar of modern Bharatiya nationalism, a fitting tribute to a man whose vision and dedication helped shape the country’s destiny. Conclusion: Remembering the Mahamana As we celebrate Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya’s birth anniversary, we are reminded of his enduring legacy as a freedom fighter, educationist, and advocate for justice. His life exemplifies selfless service, relentless pursuit of excellence, and a profound commitment to national progress. From the founding of BHU to his advocacy for Swadeshi and social reform, Malaviya’s contributions remain a source of inspiration for generations to come. On this momentous occasion, the Global Governance News Network bows in gratitude to Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviyas extraordinary contributions to society and his tireless dedication to Bharat Mata. His timeless ideals and visionary leadership continue to guide our nation toward a brighter, self-reliant, and prosperous future.
On this momentous occasion, the Global Governance News Network bows in gratitude to Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya’s extraordinary contributions to society and his tireless dedication to Bharat Mata. His timeless ideals and visionary leadership continue to guide our nation toward a brighter, self-reliant, and prosperous future.
