Primary rhinoplasty (with revision septoplasty) to reduce the hump and make the tip smaller. This operation was approached through a closed approach (endonasal). Total osteotomies were performed which included low to low and transverse osteotomies. The dorsum was handled by man again the height of the septum and contouring the hump. The patient does have some rhinophyma (severe rosacea) which can limit the result in terms of tip definition. However, given the patients desires, this should not be an issue.
