Sunday Sunday Here Again

Happy Sunday everyone!

I hope you all had a terrific Saturday. To start off my day, I thought I'd tell you about a hole in a wall juice bar called "Beverly Hills Juice". 

My friend, Elizabeth, brought me to this little juice haven 2 days ago. "Beverly Hills Juice" started business in 1975 and is still running today. Their juices are freshly pressed every morning, and they make terrific shakes!

It works like this: they have several types of juices you can choose from which are organised into different categories (vegetable, fruit, coconut, ginger, and citrus). You can drink it plain as juice and purchase your desired flavours to fuel you through your day, or stock up for a cleanse! If you order a "banana manna shake", you would pick your juice, and either a blend of frozen bananas with almonds, cacao, or sunflower seeds. Blend it all together (juice and banana mixture) and you get the most delicious shake I've ever had.

In addition to their juices, "Beverly Hills Juice" also sells pints of their frozen "banana manna shake" mixture. So if you have a blender at home, purchase a few bottles of juices, a pint of this banana magic, and you could have amazing shakes whenever you want.  

A really nice surprise to this place was the price of each juice. Though the shakes comes out to be about $9 (though very worth it and you get the equivalent of a Starbucks venti), the average price for a bottle of juice is $6. I was extremely excited about that after having spent lots of money on other juice brands from the grocery store (which are great as well!)

The first thing I ordered was a "banana manna shake" made of apple and strawberry juice and the banana almond mixture. It was DELICIOUS! 

Next, I stocked up for the next two days! I got an apple and ginger, mixed green, green genie, and an apple ginger coconut juice. I had the apple and ginger juice on my way back home and I found the ginger to be a little bit too strong for my taste. 

TODAY... I will be trying the remaining 3 juices with an update to follow!
