Picture this, we lock eyes from across a crowded room. I show a flash of ankle (demure, alluring) 🦶. I then proceed to pull out an ornate folding fan. 😏 I slowly spread it, covering my face. Inscribed in the folds, a message 😱😱. You can't quite make it out. You move closer, intrigued by the message. Finally you see it. "Da boom na ba noom na namena! Da boom na da noom na namena!" Egads! Korn. The fan drops away. I am frothing at the mouth, trembling with the force of a Beverley Hills chihuahua. I drop to all fours, jabbering. From the gibberish, you make out "omege steve" "eddywow" "revolutionary". You flee the dance hall in horror. All this to say, your work makes me feel like such a freak, I need to be on a leash.

Polly was certainly chaotic. I curse the driver of the car that killed her 2 times a year. I loved that dog dearly. She was so cute, wish I had pictures of her but sadly I don't. She was black with white patches.

Though I think max would look more like the male chihuahua from the Beverley Hills chihuahua movies.

2. What was your favorite film as a child? uhhhh off the top of my head the care bears movie and beverley hills chihuahua!! i also rlly liked barbie princess pauper and spy kids :0

3. What is a film you absolutely despise and why? HALLOWEEN 3: SEASON OF THE WITCH. i hate that movie so bad that it loops back around into this weird fondness for it LMAO. (i also harbor a deep dislike for alien³, the shining, and scream 5 but i dont make it a central character trait like i do w season of the witch)

5. What is your favorite genre of film? [glances at my entire account and all of my past hyperfixes for the past like. 2 years.] i think this one is a touch obvious. (apart from the obvious horror answer, i also rlly like romcoms and whatever that weird genre of cute heartfelt southern movies like steel magnolias and fried green tomatoes is!! i contain multitudes <3)

6. What is your least favorite genre of film? probably action? im not a huge fan of war/military movies either tho

8. Has a film ever made you extremely angry? i think you sat through enough of my alien³ commentary to know the answer to this question. (also uhh gattaca. my english teacher made us watch it as a "celebration" for the end of our senior year and literally everyone hated it. that movie is so BAD good god 😭

12. Which movie has your favorite soundtrack? in terms of like? actual scores/original music/whatever youd call it, nope. if you mean like. actual songs then probably scream or jennifers body maybe? (honorable mention goes to silent hill, none of the songs in that are technically original to the movie i dont think BUT silent hills 1-3 are literally my favorite video game soundtracks of all time so i feel it deserves some kind of acknowledgement for that)

on the subject of chihuahuas

the first installment of the beverley hills chihuhuas franchise astounded me whereas the second terrorized me

in the first movie the chihaha's mouths DO NOT MOVE, they still talk (a bit too fucking much if you ask me) but their voices are just sorta disembodied and kinda implied to be coming from their bodies

BUT THE SECOND MOVIE (the one where the chihahuas are competing for 50k) is the one in which their mouths have been animated via cgi to make it look as if they're really articulating their words and it's just awful okay
