The #signals. This week I took a break from being motivational or inspiring. In fact I just sort of shutdown. You see I've been watching and waiting and hoping and praying. That someone would catch a clue to the shift in #SiliconValley. I mean the good shift. Local jobs and internal growth. Instead it trash out the car window when you are done eating and bong rips just before you pull out of the parking lot a foster freeze hamburgers. Anyway!. Myself and others are spending many hour of personal time to "make it a better life". I see the faces of the work force. It's hard! Its daunting to image if they had the same mind set. Take a few minutes to your selves today and ask the question. I'am I in trouble? Do I really know who to dig my way out of this mess I have made. You see when you watch a 35sec clip of someone saying don't be caught up in the corporate life. Make money with my help. You can but wonder why you are working so hard. Let me be clear!. We all have had bad jobs and we all struggle. Don't be fooled into thinking it's ok to not step up your game and put your hat into the ring. 99% of the items on this account are from one person. I didn't buy it or have team of people help. It is basically a post everyday or close to it. So what does this mean for you? Everything!! I've never said you have to follow or do what I do. Just like I said in the start of the post. I see hundreds of people trying to make a better life for their families and friends. They don't say to me clean up your trash. I'm holding myself accountable for my actions like many before me. I can't convince people to not want. But I hope I can convince you to see. Money isn't easy to get and not looking writhing just makes it harder. Take a minute to and say today I working for me( your name) I'm working to be better for others who are trying also.
