The Doctor discovered the return of the Toymaker (played by Neil Patrick Harris). The episode of Dr Who’s “The Giggle” represents a story of a giggle that comes from a puppet, driving the human crazy. The toymaker outfit starts with a white pinstriped and brown shirt. Little effort will make a precise attire, therefore, cut the sleeves off of the brown shirt to the middle of your arm above the elbow, and sew in elastic to the hem. Now, wear this on your arms over the white shirt, buttoning it fully at the wrists. Over this, wear a brown plaid vest and tie a brown dotted scarf underneath the collar. Also, wear brown plaided pants and two-tone brown white shoes. Collect all the accessories of the Toymaker costume from Doctor Who for Halloween and cosplay.
