Recommended Menu That Wants Her to Open the World of Her Tongue
If you want to find a beautiful shop, this is not this shop. But if you want to sit down and eat seriously, open your tongue and experience new flavors. original style must be here, good people
The original taste of authentic Singaporean food, Passionate Chiang Mai, from the intention of Singaporean people who love Chiang Mai. The chef and owner are Singaporeans. Speak Thai lightly, kind, well taken care of, open for more than 8 years it’s very famous among Chinese people. Used to serve 140 people at once, full of parables on all 3 levels.
The highlight is the food. Freshly made hot, dish by dish (It may take a long time to wait) There are many dishes, wow. Some dishes are hard to find Some dishes have just been discovered. It opens the world to many taste buds. Quality ingredients, clean shop.
Recommended menu that Hia wants her to open the world of her tongue:
Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice (Available only on Saturday)
Must try this dish authentic taste like what he used to eat in Singapore. Chopped into large, thick pieces, the chicken meat is very juicy. After biting it, it was as if there was water in the mouth. Soft and smooth teeth. The rice grains were arranged beautifully. If you're looking for the juicy, tender chicken flavor, come try this restaurant, you won't be disappointed, starting at 95.-
Nazi Lemag
This dish must be told by the elders. It's a wow experience on the tongue. It is rice cooked with fragrant coconut milk. Served with beans, dried fish, fried chicken, egg, topped with homemade chili sauce. This dish is strangely good, but delicious, suitable for 150.-
Baked rice in clay pot (Good selling menu in the shop)
It's a very fragrant baked rice. Because every cooking process is cooked in all clay pots. A full pot of face topping When the waiter came to serve me, said it was very hot and really hot, after an hour, I scooped it out and the smoke was still wafting. This pot can be eaten by 3-4 people for 290.-
Singapore Chilli Crab (similar to stir-fried crab with curry powder)
Big crab, very fresh, stir-fried with unique curry paste. Served with hot fried mantou, it's so satisfying, hey, it's similar to the famous fried crab with curry powder. But there is something special in that the curry paste is made by him. And there is a secret recipe that makes the flavor intense, delicious like no other, 900. - (depending on crab weight)
Steamed Sea Bass with Cantonese Soy Sauce
It comes in a hot, fragrant way through the kitchen. Big fish fill the plate, very fresh, steamed with fragrant soy sauce. No fishy to annoy Lets get it all. 430.-
Fried Shrimp Cereal
This dish is very popular in Singapore. You don't have to go that far. Available to try here. This dish is a large deep-fried plum prawns. With the crunchiness of the powder the ragrant top it’s new and different. 400.-
If you want to try food without mass Hey, I recommend you to come to this shop. Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, it's a wide world of tongue perception and its good.
You can order delivery for both Food Panda and Grab, but if you want me to recommend going to eat at a hot restaurant is more satisfying.
Coordinates Passionate is in the M-Town project, Kan Klong Road, opposite Chiang Mai Phu Kham School. Chiang Mai city center.

Climbing El Peñol de Guatapé
For the 700 stair climb, I wanted to arrive early and be among the first to climb up before all the tour buses started arriving from Medellín and bring hundreds of people to crowd the stairs. I woke up at 6:30 and got ready with my ankle brace. I tried to order an Uber about 5 times but no drivers were accepting the ride even when I added more money to the fare. It was 7:15am when I started placing my Uber orders and by 8:15am I still had nothing. Defeated, I walked down to the Guatapé bus terminal and hoped to get on a bus heading that way, and luckily a collectivo truck similar to the ones I’d ridden in Chiang Mai was heading that way so I jumped in the back. 3000 pesos later I was dropped off at a gas station at the base of the hill faced with either a climb up some stairs and then up a hill, or taking an expensive tuk tuk to the top. Since it was not that hot, I opted to walk and it was a nice scenic walk to warm up for the real climb. I sat to eat my pastry and have a short rest before buying my ticket and beginning the climb. There were only a handful of people climbing at the same time as me so the timing of my visit was perfect to avoid the masses. It wasn’t too difficult either, my ankle behaved and there were nice viewpoints and stops on the way up to take in the scenery, catch my breath, and enjoy a cool breeze. At the top I had a treat of a little tub of coconut arequipe ice cream and seat in the shade to rest. There were some convenient souvenir shops too with much cheaper prices than in Medellín or Guatapé funnily enough so I got a few little things before the walk back down the staircases. The descent took much longer than the ascent and was more painful, especially after resting which is usually the way it goes. The stairs were placed uneven heights and distances, and the handrail was there only 80% of the time to help me but I made it! At the base I wanted to take some photos of the Guatapé signs around the place but found they were all being guarded by aggressive restaurant hosts who demand a purchase to take a photo. Tourist trap! I wasn’t sure how to get back to the main town of Guatapé so I figured I’d have to walk back down to that gas station and try to flag down a passing bus but luckily at the bottom one of the motochiva drivers offered me a ride for 12,000 pesos which was about the price of the Uber estimates in the morning so I accepted gladly. He dropped me off near the Parque Principal de Guatapé where there was a line of waiting motochivas ready to drive to the rock and back probably. I walked around the Calle del Recuerdo and Plazoleta de los Zócalos before stopping at Café La Vina for my lunch of a caramel frappe and smoothie bowl that was probably the best of the trip so far. After sitting for a longer time I realised that I really needed to rest my ankle after all the climbing so I headed back to the room to lie down for a few hours. Once I was feeling better I walked up the road to a viewpoint for a quick look then walked into the town centre again which was in full festive swing with a market going on, music, and street food stalls. I grabbed some more baked goods from Panadería Orquipan as well as a couple of filled buñeulos, picked up a limon coco drink and went back to the hotel for Netflix. Definitely misread the amount of calories on the drink but I had earned it!

We have a new citizen in Mount Phoenix:
Kanaphan Tsukiko, a 24 year old son of Konohanasakuya-hime. He is a nurse at Asclepius General.
FC NAME/GROUP: Kanaphan Puitrakul (First) / Actor CHARACTER NAME: Kanaphan Tsukiko AGE/DATE OF BIRTH: 3 September 1999, 24 PLACE OF BIRTH: Bangkok, Thailand OCCUPATION: Nurse (cardiac cares specialization) at Asclepius General HEIGHT: 178cm / 5’10’’ WEIGHT: 66kg / 145lbs DEFINING FEATURES:
Tsukiko is constantly followed by the perfume of cherry blossoms. The intensity of the scent can change depending on his emotions.
Piercings: left lobe, right daith.
Left tattoos: cherry blossoms behind his ear and on his hand (https://www.pinterest.ch/pin/421931058855818972/ & https://www.pinterest.ch/pin/421931058855818976/).
Right tattoo: interweaved sun and moon on a dark blue and yellow watercolor background inside his right wrist (https://www.pinterest.ch/pin/421931058855819268/).
PERSONALITY: Tsukiko is a calm person. Being the least favorite child of his father, he is used to being discreet and not make waves, preferring to stay in his little corner than mixing with others and their drama. He is gentle, nice and empathetic. Smart, skillful and patient in his job, he’s often very appreciated by his colleagues and patients.
Thanks to Sundrop, he learnt to open to others and truly enjoy life. He’s a good listener, always helpful and respectful. Due to his powers, he feels a deep connection to nature. He loves spending time outside, on his own or with friends when possible.
Unfortunately, his relationship with the doctor killed something within it. Tsukiko is now even more reserved, avoiding others as much as he can. He’s scared of love, thinking he’s not worthy of it and that all he deserves is blows and insults.
HISTORY: TW for abusive relationship and domestic violence, mentions of suicidal thoughts and dubious consent.
Tsukiko’s mother gave him life, a name and the scent of cherry blossoms before disappearing with a last cuddle. His father quickly put that episode of his life behind him, never speaking of it anymore. He loved his son but not enough to allow him to learn more about his mom and her culture or letting him talk about her and his divine identity.
The man soon married and went to have two more children, a boy and a girl. They went along with their older brother pretty well but though Tsukiko had everything he needed, it soon was more than evident that his dad preferred his other children. The young boy tried not to let it affect him too much, too busy learning the powers he had recently discovered.
When Tsukiko was twelve, his family moved to Chiang Mai, his stepmother’s birth city. He didn’t mind the change of scenery, especially not after meeting a boy of his age, Sundrop, who soon became his best friend. The two of them were always together, exploring the city and the close countryside, spending countless sleepovers at Sundrop’s house. Their bond only deepened when they realized they both were children of goddesses.
The two friends peacefully grew together and so did their feelings. Nothing was said but first kisses and touches were secretly exchanged, until Tsukiko’s siblings found them and ran to tell their father. The teenagers were separated, an eighteen years old Tsukiko was sent to the USA for his nursing studies and contact was lost.
The nightmare started a few years later with a fairytale cliché, the young nurse Tsukiko falling for the handsome, talented and popular older doctor. Everything started well, the doctor covering him with gifts and flowers, bringing him to the most expensive hotels and restaurants before moving him into his luxurious apartment.
Tsukiko naively thought that the first slap was an accident. After all, he had contradicted the doctor and in front of a patient no less. It was forgiven with what he took for sincere apologies and a bunch of roses. But then it never stopped, blows falling on him for the silliest reasons. He forgot to close the toothpaste tube or food was served five minutes too late or he didn’t perform well enough in bed. There was no excuses anymore, only anger, humiliation and degradation.
As his sweet scent of cherry blossoms declined with his health, Tsukiko could smell the perfume of others onto the doctor, the cheating adding to the pain her already felt in his mind and body. After a particularly violent night, as he laid on the bathroom floor and considered that death might be better than this life, he was surrounded by a strong scent of cherry blossoms and petals flew around him before settling down, spelling the words ‘Mount Phoenix’ and a map. His mother had been watching over him, finally stepping in to help.
A few days later, he was finally able to escape, taking with him all the money he could find in the apartment and the jewels he could sell. The time his absence was noticed, Tsukiko was on a plane to South Korea and soon crossed the bridge to his new life, leaving no trace behind.

Our unreal hotel in Koh Samui!! It just opened last week and every time I walk in my jaw drops at this view. Also the hotel restaurant is phenomenal and I had the best veggie burger maybe ever here. Every single dish we’ve eaten here has been phenomenal.
Here’s a pic of me looking effortlessly cool at the pool.
Also no pics of this but we went to chabad for Shabbat dinner and met up with Alex’s friend Jake and his wife Danielle, who are coincidentally also here now! This chabad was the biggest one we’ve seen so far (we’ve been to chabad in Bangkok and chiang mai as well as bayit yisraeli in Koh Phangan) and served a pretty good meal. We spent Shabbat day lounging around the beach/pool and getting massages at the hotel!

Finding the Perfect Budget Hotel in White Town: Pondicherry is Affordable Charm
The French flavoured heart of Pondicherry, White Town, is famous for its colourful colonial architecture, a serene ambiance and a lively street life. Its streets seem an anachronism: tree-lined avenues, pastel colour building, and charming cafes on every corner. It’s a great idea to stay in a budget hotel in White Town and get a taste of this beautiful place without overdoing what you pay. This gives you both convenience and comfort, which allows you to have the best Pondicherry offers in terms of history and culture.
Why not Stay in a Budget Hotel in White Town?
For anyone wanting to be close to the main attractions of White Town, choosing a budget hotel is an advantage. Reason being, the French Quarter is surrounded by picturesque surroundings, popular landmarks, and here they are; not far from the coastline and, of course, where many tourists desire to come to. You can go out and explore attractions such as the famous Rock Beach, Aurobindo Ashram and Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus without having to spend much travelling, as you are located in such a budget hotel.
His nearby location also means that a budget hotel stay places you close to cafes, galleries, shops and weekend markets, so you can spend more time out and about, and less time on the road. White Town is compact enough to walk, giving it a good chance to soak in the views at your own pace.
Affordable Comfortable Stays
It doesn’t mean that you can’t stay in a comfortable hotel in White Town. But this is one of the most budget friendly cities in Europe and most budget hotels here have comfortable, clean rooms with basic amenities such wifi, ac, and 24 hour front desk service. Some of these budget hotels also provide you complimentary breakfast or in house dining options so that you might begin your day with a tasty meal without extra expenses.
White Town’s budget hotels tend to have simple yet charming decor of the sort that you’d find in the French Quarter, minimalistic and often colourful. These hotels are cosy and comfortable hotel for when you are travelling solo, with a partner, or as a family that just need to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Close to White Town’s Best Attractions
Accessing some of Pondicherry’s famous attractions is easy — one of the greatest benefits of staying in a budget hotel in White Town. It’s a few minutes walk to Rock Beach, where you can grace your sunrise walk along the promenade, or sit with the ocean. South India’s charm, its beaches, golf courses, art galleries, quaint book stores and cafes offering both South Indian and French inspired treats line the streets of White Town.
Within walking distance also is Aurobindo Ashram, a peaceful retreat for meditation and self reflection. Among other things they do is visit the nearby Manakula Vinayagar Temple, which, along with being a historic Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha, one also uses as a detoxifying ritual. White Town is still within driving distance of these sites so you can actually experience them and see the unique French Indian cultural blend that results from the mixing.
Go out exploring Local Cuisine and Cafes.
If you’re a food lover, then staying in a budget hotel in White Town is a dream. There’s a lot of cafes and restaurants there serving either French or or traditional South Indian dishes. A short walk from your hotel, you can have a coffee and croissant at a French bakery; or dosa and chutney from a South Indian eatery and finish the day.
From high end to street, food is plentiful in Chiang Mai with each of the local dining scene available at whichever price point you are looking for. It’s a budget friendly option to stay in White Town because you can get to taste the vibrant tastes of Pondicherry while staying there.
Value and Convenience
A budget hotel in White Town gives you great value when it comes to not only staying but also while you commute. You can walk to most places near White Town and the variety of attractions means you can avoid having to eat out which can save a lot of money, plus there’re a number of picturesque views to take in on the walk. This area is great since you can enjoy the best of Pondicherry without spending a fortune.
When on a trip to the White Town side of Pondicherry, it is best to stay in a budget hotel there, for it will help you experience the French quarter’s charm and history. White Town offers affordable and comfortable accommodation and close proximity to top attractions while offering helpful travel tips for getting eating options in the area. If you are coming for the heritage sites, the beach or the odd mixture of cultures, but don't want to blow your budget then a budget hotel in White Town allows you to do all without the strain.

Roaming No More: How eSIM is Changing the Way We Travel in Asia
Traveling in Asia is an incredible experience, from exploring the vibrant streets of Bangkok to visiting the ancient temples of Kyoto. But one thing that can quickly dampen the excitement of your trip is the dreaded roaming charges and unreliable connectivity. Fortunately, with the rise of eSIM technology, travelers are now able to roam seamlessly across Asia without the worry of excessive fees or the hassle of swapping physical SIM cards.
Let’s dive into how eSIM is transforming the travel experience in Asia and why it's the future of international connectivity.
1. Say Goodbye to Roaming Fees
Roaming charges can accumulate quickly when traveling abroad, especially in a vast and diverse continent like Asia. Traditional SIM cards often incur hefty fees for data usage, calls, and texts, making it an expensive option for staying connected. However, with MTALK eSIM for Asia travel, you get local rates at your destination, meaning no more outrageous bills when you return home. You only pay for the data you need, and you enjoy 100% roaming-free charges.
This makes eSIM a cost-effective solution, whether you’re hopping from city to city or exploring more remote destinations.
2. Seamless Connectivity Across Multiple Countries
One of the biggest advantages of using an eSIM is the ability to maintain connectivity across different countries without having to switch SIM cards. With traditional SIMs, every time you move to a new country in Asia, you’d need to purchase a local SIM, set it up, and hope it works smoothly.
