Oh my god
#my mom gave me like abt $650 in cash a while ago#as a sort of gift to help me pay for rent#I remember distinctly storing it in one of my sketchbooks and putting that into a drawer in a dresser in my room#well it just occurred to me to look for it and I#can’t find it#I’m panicking a little#it’s not in any of my sketchbooks#I had two rolls of money#one around $145 for AirPods refund#and the $650#the $145 is accounted for#but I thought it was strange I found a single $100 bill on my dresser a few days ago and didn’t think much of it until I recounted the $145#which sounds right from what I remember of the Costco refund… so why’s this random $100 bill out#best case senario is my mom found it in my drawer and took it out to store it#bc sometimes we leave things in each others rooms and have to go find them so it wouldn’t be out of the blue for her to be rummaging thru#my things#worst case…#idk maybe my little brother has some pick pocket friends…#but again that would require they enter and sift thru my room#which idk why they’d be there in the first place much less rummaging thru my things#esp with my brother around and nothing else of my valuables are missing…#I’m worried.#vent
