I will always be a firm believer in platonic Bertie and Tim. Doesn't mean I don't enjoy them being shipped romantically or anything, it's just a hill I will die on that they're platonic. They're tight, besties, platonic soulmates, etc etc. Maybe they still kiss and everything! They can! But platonically. Maybe even QPR if you wish. I think blowing up the moon that killed your bestie is a perfectly reasonable response. My aspec ass just profoundly adores deep platonic relationships and I want to see more characters going bloodthirsty crazy over the lose of a platonic loved one like their bestie. Love to see it :)
