Maeve!!

Westworld goes World War 2. EuropeWorld? BerlinWorld? Do the hosts just keep running their simulations even when they are no clients around? Although Maeve did mentioned that her powers didn't worked on the guards, where they the clients? Cause that would be a big yikes!

Maeve seems to remember the Previously in Westworld chapters, but Hector doesn't. It appeals to my romantic side that their paths are crossing in the ManInTheHighCastleWorld, but considering the amount of trouble they raised in the past keeping them together is just asking for it. They have other parks they can ship one of them, no?

So any fishing boat can go to Westworld, no questions asked? I thought that was crazy expensive to get in there. Luke Hemsworth continues to be a great chief of security it seems.

Felix is miraculously still employed by Westworld, and still aiming for -what's the reverse of the- employee of the month award? These host enfermaries are all made of glass, but still, no one notices the host roaming around like it owns the place. I would assume, since the last massacre, like 3 month ago, these guys had to attend a seminar or something. I'm gonna blame this lack of training on Hemsworth as well.

Oh look Sylvester, and he called security. Maeve seemed happy to see him and you can just see her heart breaking when she realises he betrayed her. In one hand happy to see some improvements on his performance, on the other...

Architect guy, happy to see him alive somehow, does this confirms the theory that all park employees are hosts as well? He too is a fan of Maeve and let her get away with having a conscience. He doesn't seem to have many friends, so I'll allow him to be friends with Maeve. Just because his rude charm makes me laugh. I should learn his name.

Also, Warworld.

I knew it, Hemsworth is a host too. And as head of security has a lousy shot. Ford wanted Bernard to leave the park? Why? And who does Stubbs counts as hosts? If is his job to protect them what about the ones that are still around in the park? Like Maeve?

Maeve is just achieving new levels of conscience, and she is in a simulation. We will have to start to wonder if the park itself is real, or only a digital construct. But then why have "human" employees, and how can people transit from the real world to the parks, if it's all a construct? Ford seemed to believe he would continue living on a level of simulation. Is he in the furnace, and what is the furnace, maybe just another level of simulation? Could it be that Dolores is living another, albeit more sophisticated, scenario?

Park 4 has a dragon, that beats all the parks. Medieval world maybe? Hemsworth running after his crew with an axe is quickly qualifying to be my favourite scene.

We have confirmation that Architech Lee is also a host, but maybe dead at the same time, and is rude of the writers to make me mourn this character twice. Hope we get to see him again.

How is Maeve in the real world, she was playing philosophy games with herself in her cocoon?

Overall 9 out of 10 WarWorlds. It's always fun when a show descontructs itself.

Hey there! Thanks for the fishy advice; I was just throwing my limited and basic knowledge in there :P Clown fish just look really cute. I'm not about to go out and get any fish with out more info and yours just gave me a great place to start!! :)

Hey, no worries! Fish are really, really cool, and when you first start looking at getting into them as a hobby, you see everything and it just becomes OMG I MUST HAVE ALL THE FEESH and it can get super crazy and overwhelming. I didn��t mean to come across harsh or nasty, so I hope my reply didn’t put you off at all, as I definitely didn’t mean to be sharp! @_@

Saltwater fish are pretty complicated for first-time fishkeepers, unfortunately, so I tend to pile on the “THESE ARE WHY SALTWATER IS HARD” reasons to keep people from spending a bunch of money only to end up with heartbreak and a bunch of dead fish and wasted money. There are a lot of failure stories in the world of fishkeeping, and it sucks to feel like you messed up when live animals are on the line.

Also, the reason I tend to recommend slightly larger tank sizes than the “traditional” freshwater starter kits because nobody wants to be stuck with a tank that they can literally only have two fish in. XD My best suggestion would be to see if you have a local fish store. Go in, look at the tanks, talk to the people. If the tanks are clean and the fish look healthy, and the staff is friendly and eager to chat, then drum up a conversation. They’ll be able to get to know your unique needs in person and make better recommendations than folks can over the internet. XD

You can also try a local corporate pet store if you want, but be warned - corporate stores like Petco and PetSmart are only as good as the people staffing them, and that varies MASSIVELY from store to store. Aquatics specialists tend to be pretty passionate people, on the whole, but corporate retail is a soul-sucking job, and Aquatics Specialist is a barely-above-min-wage position, so a lot of talented people DON’T stay on. If a store has poor husbandry (in ANY department - crappy care in any department means the General Manager doesn’t care about the store in general so you can’t expect good advice), disengaged staff, and isn’t friendly, don’t expect to get good advice.

I’ve been out of fish long enough that most of my responses to SPECIFIC questions would probably just be me looking things up on the internet, but there are some really good forums out there. Just look around. The most important criteria in picking places to start looking are:

1. Friendly people. Fish folk are usually pretty engaged and like talking to ANYONE who’ll listen.2. Passion for the hobby. They will want to tell you everything they know because OMG FISH ARE SO COOL LET ME SHARE FISH WITH YOU FOREVER.

You find that, I can guarantee they’ll be able to point you in the right direction. Happy fishing! :D

Maybe get a cat? I live in the country and while I know there are still a few mice around I haven't seen any in years... My cat is a bid sadistic and left of a gutted mouse in out basement... They've made themselves scarce ever since. He usually just eats them, but I don't think he liked them being in the house anymore then we did...

I would but my stepfather has cat allergies. Fun story, I used to have a cat named 27 (yes, a number) and I used to call him my satan kitty. Our yard was consistently littered with dead animals to the point where it was actually a chore to pick them up. He would very carefully dissect the animals, sometimes turn them inside out, it was pretty gnarly. One thing is for sure-- when we had 27, we never had a rodent problem.
