Bad news, for me. It may mean am going to pine for Ben till i die. Longer, if i became an eternal. *le sigh*

i know it's just the lighting in this pic from the berlinale, but i can't WAIT for ben to go grey. being an old gremlin is really gonna suit him, he's gonna look so good. some people age horribly and cling to the remnants of their youth, but he is not gonna be one of them! i am seeing the visions, i am hearing the harmony of the spheres!!!!

I found THE hedge!

I visited Castle Howard at last, Brideshead in the book, film and series. It was an amazing experience because I adore the film (and novel).

I saw many of the locations where Matthew Goode, Ben Whishaw, Hayley Atwell and Emma Thompson once stood and it was utterly magical.

And I think managed to locate the hedge where Julia discovers Charles and Sebastian, naked after their swim in the Atlas fountain, observing the arrival of Lady Marchmain.

@pleasereadmeok suggested I should mark this iconic Goode spot with a blue plaque so here we are 😆.

I took 100s of photos of the house and grounds so might post a few more at some point.
