Summary:

It was as though his body moved of its own accord. He didn’t remember choosing to upend the washing basket and dive across the room, didn’t plan to drive his fist straight into Claudio’s smarmy face. It just… happened. His fist bloomed across Claudio’s face with a worrisome snap, the impact reverberating through Ben’s arm. He didn’t expect the surface of Claudio’s head to feel so hard. Truth be told, he hadn’t expected to land a hit at all. He’d just done it. At the end of BROTHERS, Ben loses his temper. In the aftermath, he runs to Beatrice for comfort and first aid.

And with literally one hour left in the month, here's my fairly tame contribution to Whumptober: the AU where Ben punches Claudio in the face, sustains a hand injury, and ends up crying in Beatrice's arms. Enjoy!

for beadick, i would absolutely love to see them in a doctor who au, esp one where bea's the doctor and ben's her companion. they would give off such amy/rory vibes

for ava x dylan, i think seeing them in a high school au would be fun! seeing what they were like as younger teens, and esp how dylan was dealing with their mental health as a teen would be very interesting. plus ava giving dylan a chemistry themed promposal would be adorable.

and then for asher and david, i would love to see them in a to all the boys i've loved before au!! david writing love letters to everyone he's loved before, and asher being on the list
