I’ve had to be very very slow about my bench press since returning to the gym after physical therapy this Jan. Couldn’t start the bench outright until late feb! I had to do floor presses to make sure my chest injury would be ok. So even now I’m lifting light on the bench. But we hit 100 today so we are slowly building that strength back SAFELY! Because we do not need my pecs Injured again
